Love this facility! My daughter doesn’t adapt to new people well but she did with her therapist and has been progressing since.

Therapists didn’t wear masks during initial appointment, after parents had asked the therapists to put them back on, the placed them back on for 5 minutes, then removed them again. After calling us to inform us of direct covid exposure, they opened their facility back up the next week. Upon returning to therapy (after two weeks) they had parents sign a form stating that they could remove masks during therapy sessions. They spent 30 minutes with my newborn for feeding, but only spent 10 of that time on actual feeding. My three year old wasn’t encouraged during play in his sessions. Overall, poor quality of therapists and regard for immunocompromised newborns.

I reached out a week ago and never received a response, not even a “we’ll get back with you as soon as possible” email or call/voicemail. I am not going to chase any business down for services unless they are the ones paying me. I will take my money elsewhere. When I run into problems like these as I am seeking a service, it’s always a reminder; do it right or lose your client to the next business - a preach I certainly practice.

Beaumont is lucky to have such a great facility. The speech therapists are caring professionals with years of experience.
