Lately this office have dropped the ball on my of my health issues. Had cataracts surgery back in November and December of 2019. Office called and told me the Dr. they referred me to at first was no longer practicing in area. Well I have been back to the office since surgery and files was supposed to be updated about my eyes. I would be blind waiting on them. That is my red flag when go back I have lots of questions. Suppose to have a referral to see a dermatologist about lesions on my hand and that have been 4 months ago, have not heard nothing. Do not like the service they provide.Joyce WombleBeaumont Tx
