I think some reviewers are missing the point of this store. Open up your Maps and find me the nearest Whole Foods… We don’t have one out here. So if you need a specialty ingredient or have a very clean diet, you can find some really amazing products here. You can order some things online and get a different price, or you can go in person and get it instantly. Because of that, you’re going to pay for that convenience of having it right there. I love to hit up their homeopathy section when I go here. Other benefits of this store: It’s clean. No long lines. Things are located where they are supposed to be. You can look at many items and enjoy the experience without constantly being in someone’s way.

Very informative. A lot of organic options. Make sure you read the descriptions. I ended up leaving with just a fresh smoothie, they are really healthy.

This is a beautiful store. Ive been on the hunt for some great healthy vegan options and this store does not disappoint! Tons of vegan cheeses, meat replacements, and other goodies. You can find amazing organic food options here that you cant find anywhere else in the area. I was super excited to see a bulk section full of beans, nuts, and seeds as well as whole bean fair trade coffees. However, the prices are what keep me from shopping here too often. Theyre pretty steep, so Im only able to go once in a while for specialty items.

I was very offended by the cashiers behavior. It appears that my race prompted her to place my $12 purchase closer to her while she checked to see if my ten dollar bill was authentic.

My timing tends to be bad. It seems the powers that be are having a round table when I’m there. That tends to take their best people off the floor. I don’t like interrupting. If I insist, they always oblige. Great supplement section. Excellent selection of frozen breads, including what appears to be the full Ezekiel line. Grass fed beef & chicken that tastes as good as it used to— because they sell “Yard Birds,” not cage birds. Locally Owned. That means you get truthful, unbiased answers.

NO SOY MILK.I accidentally pressed the yes, haha.I do love unsweetened soy milk, blegh, I know.BUT they do not carry it, for I do not know why.I do think theyre a bit pricier than competitor prices, but I also dont mind, undoubtedly because they stand for the epitamy of all greater causes and good that you can learn and experience for your self and benefit lots a logically good reasonI wanna work here, literally.🥰🥰🥰I love the beyond burgers, and they carry great vegan options, as well as not, and Kosher products as well.Always well staffed, well-mannered and well kempt.🤫My little not so secret favorite store, but its an hour away from my house, haha.

I moved from Houston 4 years ago I used to shop at whole foods but since is not other option I ve been on basic since that time until now didnt have issues (well of course is not a good selection except for few things the I need..Had a question one day and I was talked to an employee there went the manager Name Kimberly abruptly interrupted and start talked to her employee and took her while I was there with my question and not even said excuse me or said something..Ive ever experienced something like that before, went I ask her why you do this? She replied to me: BECAUSE IM THE MANAGER AND I CAN DO WHATEVER I WANT..

I was so excited to go here and shop. There’s ONE tiny aisle for the fruits/veggies and half of it was gone. Everything else was $4-8 more than at any other store. No joke. I can order this stuff off amazon for way cheaper. I went to HEB plus and they had more, better, healthier, and cheaper options. I will not be back here.

Prices here are a bit steep but you get what you pay for. Staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable about their wide variety of merchandise. My only true gripe about this establishment is the only grass fed ribeye steak I saw there were frozen. I could never quite wrap my mind around why.

Ok place ..it has lots a unusual finds. Also very helpful staff. Variety of health choices. Only wholesome food place for miles. Always a willing staff to help you find just what your looking for. Its one of my favorite shopping stores. Reasonable prices.

I would drive to Houston before I came here for anything. Prices are outrageous, I shop at all the major health food stores and have never seen prices as high as here including California. I buy a lot of the same items everywhere I go so I know what they cost. Its aggravating to see a health food store worn off potential customers searching for healthier alternatives due to price gauging.Take your hard earn money elsewhere (Even Houston) I promise you its worth the drive and $.

Theyre a good looking store with great inventory.My visit wasnt great but Im sure theyve corrected it. Ive been a wheat grass drinker for years (California). Its difficult to find fresh wheatgrass here. I walked into their store and discovered they carried it. Unfortunately, the new staff member wasnt trained on how to juice wheatgrass. I will visit again. Im sure theyve fixed the problem.

Beaumont only organic and natural food grocery store. Fairly well stocked, knowledgable and helpful floor staff; their cashiers are uniformly unfriendly and cold though. I dislike going there because of that.

Great selection of trusted supplements, I love Garden of Life. Alkaline water, kombucha, goat milk kefir, raw fermented foods, sprouting kits, gluten free products and many bulk dry goods and raw nuts as well as a good selection of essential oils. Havent bought any of their meat or prepared foods since moving into their new place, but in the past, they have always been good. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff are ready to help and answer questions.

My favorite place to shop for gluten-free and meatless grocery items. Great selection with the most gluten-free items outside of Houston. Although, I recently went to Whole Foods in Houston, and I was very disappointed. They seemed to have a smaller selection of specifically GF, and did not have the grab-and-go gluten-free foods that Basic Foods has.If you show your gym membership card, you get 10% off, and they run specials quite often. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you. Miguel is always ready to answer questions, get customer feedback, or look into ordering what you want or need.Aside from gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan groceries, they also have nut-free, dairy-free, raw, living, and paleo diet items, as well as supplements, natural/organic health and beauty supplies, and books on all of the above. Great place to shop!

Most of the food here is overpriced and I have had a couple of rotten food items (salsa for example) from the store. The only thing I would buy there regularly is their coffee which is superb.

The one place I go when I am in SETX. All the organics I need. and the largest raw section I have ever seen (even better than Austins health food stores)

We stopped there to get some vegan entrees for relatives coming in to town. I was impressed with the quality and selections but the high prices caught me off guard.
