I have been a patient for years at Beaumont Family Practice. They have always offered quick access and a most professional staff. In these COVID times it’s comforting to know they are a phone call away. And their ability to handle most lab work in house and their insurance expertise is a real plus! They are a model for 21st century medicine.

Ive been going there for years. I honestly dont remember when I started. But its very caring staff, and very knowledgeable doctors. Im actually going to miss them whenever I move. But if I had to send anybody there I would send everybody

Dr. Procter is very knowledgeable. For the questions you don’t know or ask he fills you in on every possible outlet for your medical concern. To offer medicine that he knows will work best for an African American male made us his patients for life. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. His staff is welcoming and very friendly. Great atmosphere overall.

ILL-MANNERED, DISRESPECTFUL, INCONSIDERATE FRONT OFFICE STAFF!!!!!My husband is particular about his PCP but when he found Dr. Proctor he was very happy with him.As soon as we walk in we were met with a harsh unpleasant tone and short sharp questions.Not once did she say “hello, welcome or good afternoon, how may I help you?”She had an attitude and was inhospitable in her tone of voice and facial expressions , something I would never condone in a business atmosphere.I don’t take the time to write many reviews unless they were phenomenal or just plain insolent!There are some amazing doctors here but the FRONT OFFICE is very unprofessional and will be the reason we take our business elsewhere.They need to find Jesus and his joy or a job elsewhere.

Love the NPs and Dr here but Im seriously wondering if they realize how horrible their answering service is? They are Extremely rude. I called this morning and whoever answered was trying to make herself sound like a recording, I guess she thought I might hang up and she wouldnt have to take a message. She kept repeating answering service-Drs office opens at 830 in a robotic voice. I said hello? (bc I wasnt sure if it was a recording) she again repeated the same phrase in the same tone.. So I said is this a person? She rudely says Yes I am a real person the Drs office opens at 8:30 I said thank you I got that, can I leave a message for the Drs office?... She just put me on hold without saying a word. then left me there. I had to call back from another number just so I could let the office know I wasnt able to keep my 8:30 appt. Someone should listen to the recordings and fire whoever that was. She is making a horrible impression for the entire practice.

Ive been going to this place for more than a year, and Im done. The most of the staff that are in the front office are rude and unhelpful. You will be put on hold every single time you call, even if theres no reason for you to be.If this was just a review of just Bill Kujawski it would be 5 stars, He was an excellent care giver and I am upset to have to leave, but I do not want to deal with the front office anymore.

Very rude unhelpful and uncaring staff. Every time you’re told the nurse will call you back no one ever does. The quality of this practice has significantly decreased. Several other friends who visit providers in this practice are having the same issue as well. Extremely sad looking for a new doctor with a better practice and staff.

The front desk staff was ridiculously unprofessional

July 29, 2020 - I did not have a positive experience here. I didn’t see a Doctor, but a NP (Nurse Practitioner). NP’s are highly skilled, but this NP was reading the directions on the swabs/culture packages before using them on me, which made me feel like they did not know what they were doing. The office has lots of ads for cosmetic treatments and supplements, which seems ill-placed (and shady) for a family practice. As others have mentioned, they schedule an entire visit for me to be read my lab results. Other dr offices just call you and make recommendations on the phone (or send an email through an app), as part of the cost of doing business. The location is great, and it looks nice, but I don’t trust that they have well-informed, unbiased medical care.Update Aug 4, 2020 - I wrote to the email address given in the reply to this review, and I received this informative and kind email from the office manager:We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the negative, in-office experience. Reviews help us determine areas of concern. Beaumont Family Practice has several departments, such as, Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, Weight loss, Hormone Replacement Therapy and Aesthetics. Nutraceuticals, Facial products and weight loss supplements are also offered. Once again, we apologize for the bad experience and hope to see you again. Thank You
