Dr S Marchand is by far the most honest dermatologist I’ve ever meet. I’ve had acne my whole life and been to 3 dermatologist since I was a kid and they would always string me along for the money. The first day I meet Dr Marchand she worked with me to find a solution and not string me along.PS she’s a sweetheart 2

I chose this doctor because she had the best reviews on google in my area. She might be good for finding skin cancer but she is no good for someone with hair loss. I am cash pay so I asked how much the visit would be. They charge 230 just to be seen. I thought it was ok since she is a specialty doctor and I haven’t been to one before. WRONG! When I have up on her and looked in Houston, most offices only charge 125 to be seen. When scheduling my appointment, they never told me you could only be seen for ONE problem. That you couldn’t bring up anything else during your appointment. I would have to schedule another one and pay more money. I found out when I was there filling out the paperwork. That was VERY disappointing. I had planned to go over a couple of problems. When I arrived there was a line out the door to check in. Turns out the front desk guy just wasn’t at his desk. I thought that was ridiculous. As I was waiting in the waiting area I noticed he was still not at his desk for patients after me so they were just waiting. Her nurse was very nice and was a really good listener. I spoke more with her than the doctor. Went through the last 10 years of my hair loss story and things I have tried on my own. When the doctor came she had her phone in her hand. Due to the pandemic her son wasn’t in school. I did not have her full attention. Also, she didn’t really give me a lot of information. Just combed through my hair and asked what I wanted. I told her I’ve heard of finasteride and wanted to try that. She said ok. I feel like I diagnosed myself and she was definitely not worth 230. Her office is just money hungry. She says you have to come in every 3 months to pay for blood work to check the liver on this medication. You DON’T! It’s worth going to Houston to find a dermatologist that cares about the everyday person who wants their hair back or simple fixes like redness in your face.

I love Dr. Marchand professionalisms and knowledge. My 15 year old daughter suffered from a severe case of Acne. She felt she was unattractive that affect her self esteem. Dr. Marchand spoke to her with care and ensured her it would get better in a couple of months if she used the medicine properly. In about two month, the question was what Acne, my daughter face look 100% better and still getting better every day. Thank you Dr. Marchand for your words of encouragement to my daughter and making her feel beautiful again. You and your staff is the best.

I loved the staff! Everyone, from front desk to the PA, was super friendly and a very clean office area. As for Dr. Marchand, she was honestly fantastic and exceeded expectations. She was friendly, very excellent at what she does and was very transparent in deciding how to move forward with my treatment. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice doctor but two years after going there and who knows how much money ungodly amount of money she looks about the same as she didnt we first went there She prescribes medicine came in and said oh I didnt know I had you on that and took her off and that was a medicine that was working so now shes even worse. Wish I could post a pictureWarning** if you write a bad review on this doctor she will send you a letter saying she will no longer treat your child** Im paying for service and I was asked my opinion. So I gave it. Doctors arent a monopoly I can find one anywhere. Id put a good review if after 2 years I seen an improvement. Just dont like throwing money down a hole

Dr Marchand and her staff are simply the greatest! I have used her for years and would go nowhere else for my dermatology needs. She has identified and treated more basal cell cancers on me then I care to count. Do I have a personal bias “absolutely”. As far as I’m concerned, she has saved my life TWICE. She identified a melanoma on me several years ago and a second one just this past year. My family and I will continue to use her services until she retires. Yes you will sometimes wait in her office just like any other physicians office but she is attentive to all her patients and most importantly.....she cares.

Dr. Marchand is the best in town. My husband had an issue come up, but was unable to go into her office. Sent her a picture, she prescribed the appropriate medication and then took the time to see him after her office was closed for the evening to make sure everything was ok . She will go above and beyond for her patients and I would highly recommend her!

Dr Marchand literally saved my skin today. I went to see her urgently because one of my medications was causing a severe rash. She had to take some biopsies and get bloodwork. I know my case set her behind in the schedule but she was patient and thorough.

Dr. Marchand is the best doctor that I have had contact with in this area. I have been going to Dr Marchand every month for the past year for what I thought would be a dreadful experience with Accutane ( thanks internet horror stories). Month after month Dr Marchand always took into account how I was doing and and respected that I chose a low dose option as my course of treatment. I really appreciate her willingness to work with me as a patient and listen to whatever concerns came about. Her staff is absolutely amazing and efficient as well. Im not nearly as terrified of bloodwork thanks to her superstar nurse that always made them quick and painless! Last but definitely not least, a huge thank you to Miss Amber for dealing with the nitemare that are INSURANCE COMPANIES! This woman will go above and beyond to fight with these suckers and make sure you get what you need. In the end, my skin is more healthy and clear than its been since I was 7 years old and theres no other Dr or staff I would rather have taken this journey with. Thank you all so much for everything!

I like the dermatologist. I completely dislike the hour to two hour waits to see Dr Marchand. It’s disrespectful of people and their time. Don’t understand how appointments are not honored, we all have responsibilities and can’t take a full half day off work or school for a true 3 minute conversation with the doctor with a one to two hour wait.

Dr. Marchand is great! I wish all Dr.s were like her. Short wait and firendly staff.

Dr Sharon Marchand is the best. Ive been using Her for over 5 yrs.

Long waits once a room the young lady that came in and took history did not even put all down I told her, after one hour in a room dr comes in and rush rush rush. I ask what to use for dry itchy skin and was told a over the counter cream to use. I was allergic to this cream called at 10 am on friday morning the next morning and was waiting to here from this office NO ONE Called I called back at 1:00 Pm only to find out they are closed-- I had to go to a urgent care for treatment. Im not going back to them.

Worst service ever post appointment, we had to change the ointment prescribed as it was not covered under our insurance and it took 3 trips to the clinic and several phone calls which always goes on voicemail with no revert to get them send the alternate medc to our parmacy, its been more then a week now and still they dint sent the alternate proscription to pharmacy.

5 stars, no doubts. 👍
