This facility keeps charging for a brace, unused! and RETURNED almost immediately, before 24 hours. I personally delivered the brace with a letter written by the patient explaining that wont be needed because the knee specialist prescribed a different one. I explained that the patient was not able to drive because of his accident and I also explained that the patient had lost his income because of the Covid 19 and was not able to pay for something he didnt need and RETURNED.THE BRACE WAS RETURNED, RECEIVED and KEPT BY THIS FACILITY.PLEASE STOP BILLING FOR SOMETHING THAT YOU RECEIVED BACK IN LESS THAN 24 HRS.THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION.
