I go here to get physical therapy for a recent total knee replacement. The staff is professional, courteous, and give you a complete and beneficial workout. I would recommend them in a heartbeat for any type of physical therapy or training!

Great gym for those just starting out

A big place...had a great workout

I went here on a saturday morning. The gym was not crowded so I got a nice workout done in about an hour. I never had to wait for a machine and the trainers are very nice and approachable. The gym is very clean and had an excellent assortment of equipment including free weights. For anyone that likes olympic bars for deadlifts or powercleans this is not the place. The crowd is mostly geriatric following their physical therapists orders but this is a great, clean, clean facility.

Best equiped gym i have ever experienced. Ive seen plenty. POWERHOUSE, NYSC, EQUINOX. Just lose the Fox Network on the majority of the TVs
