I found Megan to be such a good listener when I was explaining issues with my neck and shoulders. She asked pertinent questions and then she really concentrated on those specific areas. She is very knowledgeable about muscles, ligaments, etc! She is very professional and kind. She even made recommendations of exercises I could do between massage sessions which I found very helpful. I leave each session with great release and relief of tension and tightness in my neck and shoulders. I highly recommend Megan. (her massage room is lovely too!)

Megan is amazing!! Never had an experience like this before. She was talking to me about overall health and discovered I have TMJ. I asked her if she could work on that somehow, and she went and got a glove and massaged muscles INSIDE my mouth and around my face. I was shocked at first, but the change I felt in my TMJ over the next week was INCREDIBLE. I couldnt believe the difference, and Ill be making that a part of my self-care routine regularly. Her attention to my body and recommendations for how to correct it were so insightful, and she was detailed and attentive. Cant recommend Flo enough!

I am Dr. Ardra Davis-Tolbert. I went to Megan using a gift certificate from my personal trainer. I was progressively having difficulty raising my knees. I had gone to an orthopedic surgeon thinking I needed some sort of knee procedure as I have had knee injuries in the past. He suggested physical therapy. My trainer felt as if I had tight muscle bands. That gift certificate was one of the best gifts ever. Megan was able to quickly and effectively identify the areas around my knees but also found tight areas in my back.
