My husband and I had never had Chiropractic care until we were in our 20s. My sister visited Dr. Hoops and soon we were all going to her clinic.From the moment I met her, I felt at ease. I could tell she genuinely cared about my concerns, aches and pains by how she patiently listened to me.She explains whats causing discomfort very well and never makes you feel bad about asking questions. She just kindly and answers them!Flash forward to today, my husband and I live in Orlando, FL now. (We *finally* found a chiropractor there. But I feel no one can quite live up to the kind, fun personality of Dr. Hoops. 😄) I flew back to Nebraska for an urgent, 36-hour visit to my family. Had back pain and a headache so I called Dr. Hoops and she fit me in before I leave in a few hours!!This clinic and Dr. Hoops are 5 stars and more!!!!

Great service and very compassionate staff!

I managed to hurt my back two days before leaving for vacation, and it was only getting worse. Doctor Hoops was able to see me on short notice and immediately identified my problem. Thanks to her, I was at 75% the next day. And the following day I was hiking Garden of the Gods with zero complaints. But thats not even the best thing I have to say. Im a pretty simple guy, and one of the things I appreciate the most is integrity. This was my 10th visit to this office, and theyve never tried to give me unnecessary tests, scans, treatments, supplements, or put me on a maintenance schedule that I dont need. I go in when I need to, and dont when I dont. So when she suggests other things to try and gives options for several places to buy it, you can trust that shes doing so out of a genuine concern for your well-being instead of profit. Thats so rare. If you really want a bunch of techno-medical nonsense waved over you, to have your time and money wasted, and to chase problems that may or may not exist, sure, Hoops Chiropractic may not be for you. But if you just want to genuinely trust someone to help you fix your issues so you can move on with your life, this is it.

Very friendly and flexible with hours! Dr. Hoops is great at explaining what is causing your pain and makes sure that you remain comfortable throughout the appointment.
