Dr. Washington is amazing!! patient, he explains and answers your questions. Louise has such an engaging personality, she always makes me smile. Carole did an awesome job with my cleaning.I am very thankful that this team of dental professionals are working in the Beacon community.

I have been in search of a dentist that I like for my entire adult life. I finally found one. Dr. Washington is amazing. He is kind, patient, and gentle. I could not have had a better experience. The Dental Hygienist Maria and the X-Ray tech Lois were also great. Even the receptionists were friendly. Best dental experience ever!

Loved Maria the dental hygienist. My former dental hygienist was rough and sprayed water all over my face, but not with Maria and the rest of the staff. Also, highly recommend the fluoride treatment and Dr. Washington was very introspective and/ or detail oriented.

Highly recommend this dental office, they are always polite and courteous. All the staff is easy to talk to and the hygienist always have advice on how to best maintain your oral health. I had my cleaning done today by Maria who was very gentle and quick. I also learned not to brush too hard or it will eat up your enamel. Ty all!!!

Maria did my cleaning she’s very pleasant, gave me great advice, and was very thorough with cleaning. Never had a cleaning make my teeth feel so good. She’s awesome. Will definitely be back

If I could rate this place with no stars I would they are horrible !! Went in for a cleaning and some fillings, the doctor ended up cracking my two front teeth and bottom teeth and they are now loose .. they are definitely getting sued !!

Good and very nice people Dr Gordon is highly professional not like other dentists just they care about money he is mor care about you . Very nice staff .was there today for cleaning MARIA (hygienist) was super friendly professional I really can’t ask for mor then that😄 . This place is not a good place to go for service my insurance is already pay for services they charge me extra money I told know my insurance is for that service they no I have copayment I gave the and I called my insurance to confirm they say no I have to pay for that service they already covered it now I called them to get my money back they want I called they hang up the phone

This dentist office is the best I hadnt been to the dentist in years because I never had good experiences. My teeth started given me problems I went to three different dentist offices and they all told me the same thing that I need to have four root canals I was scared and nerves. I chose prospect dental they were very aware that I was scared and nerves they took extremely good care of me I cant say enough about the level of care they gave to me.They are the best and my teeth look and feel awesome

New dentist is amazing, these older reviews arent anywhere close to the quality of work they can do. Trust me over 10 root canals, fillings and crowns. Im more than happy that I finally decided to take care of my teeth.

Warm staff and Drs, Nice office.....bright and clean

No stars if I could. I went here to get my cavities filled. After waiting almost 2 hours they finally took me then told me that i needed a cleaning and more X-rays. They gave me ONE X-ray. And I was charged Over $100 just for them to tell us what we already knew. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! They just wanted to go home because by the time they took me it was already an hour past their closing time. They’re crooks and aren’t very friendly.

Please do not go here. Short story: The incredibly rude doctor was going to drill into four perfectly good teeth to fill cavities that werent there. If you must go here, please get a second opinion before they operate on you.Long story: I went into this dentist office to get a routine cleaning and a night guard. I had just moved to the east coast and did not have a referral, they were local and easy to get to. The hygienists and assistants were lovely, but then the doctor came in. He barely looked at my teeth and told me I had 4 new cavities to fill. Horrified and confused, as I had just gotten everything fixed just a month ago with my usual dentist, he didnt spend more than 2 minutes in the room with me. He was incredibly rude and reluctant to answer any questions, even standing behind me so I could barely see him. Last week on an unexpected trip home, I went to my old dentist (a man who has been practicing for 40 years and works to save teeth, not drill into them) to see if I did in fact have four new cavities. He checked my entire mouth, there was no decay, just natural groves. He told me never to go back to that dentist office again, they were going to put drills into perfectly good teeth just to make money. Please do not go here, or if you do - get a second opinion.

If I could leave 0 stars I would but Please please please do not go to this dentist!!!! I started a journey of dentures in may of 2019 and I still don’t have my teeth it’s a year later and I still can’t eat!! I feel soo ashamed every time I look at my self,it’s soo unfair I’m still waiting and the staff is sooo rude and disrespectful with no answers!!! If anybody knows how I can fix this please let me know!

Prospect dental is a fantastic office, very clean and professional. Their staff is incredibly warming and make you feel right at home. I highly recommend prospect dental.

I have extreme anxiety when it comes to going to dentist...i hadnt had a cleaning or check up in 15 yrs...everyonw in this office has been amazing!! The doctor is so gentle and aware of my anxiety and was very comforting...very sweet man...i look forward to my appointments...i just cant say enough wonderful things about them ....i recamend this office to everyone especially if your scared....they will ease all of your fears as they did for me....thank you prospect dental❤😁😁😁

This is a bit like getting your teeth cleaned in a bus station. The hygienists are good but the dentist treated me like a slab of beef. The receptionist mislead me about accepting my insurance and now getting my payment to them has been a minor nightmare. Why do so many dentists seem to be crooks?

Each day of the week there is a different dentist in the office working. I have seen Dr. Hwang, Dr. Ortiz, and Dr. Bang. The dental care is fine and conservative. At no time did any of the dentists recommend unnecessary work to be done. The dentist actually does the teeth cleaning, which was very nice. I would give a higher rating if it wasnt for two things that happened at this dental office. First, I had a dental problem at one point and was able to get a referral. When I went to the referral, the prosteodontist inferred that this wasnt the best dentist office to go to. My tooth was aching, actually it was broken. It took almost a week to get advice as to whether it could be pulled out by Prospect Dental or if I need to go to the oral surgeon. This was partially due to inconsistency of dentists in the office. Second, at my last dental cleaning visit I refused X-rays, but my insurance was charged for x-rays, none the less. I called twice to rectify the matter and went once in person. Now my insurance is investigating them. If you have a choice, I dont recommend this dentist office.

Wow I guess my intuition was right. I arrived and the very young girl who was texting said my appt had been cancelled. I was going to leave and another lady who just arrived said to wait. I was led to a room where i was told to wait for full xrays, i said i wasnt sure if i am due for more xrays or if my insurance would cover that, i had to call the insurance company myself and my gut told me something there did not feel professional, it felt like a public health place for illegals or people who cannot complain...in a nutshell it felt very unprofessional and I really feel i need to be taken seriously about my medical care, so I left!

Wrote a review on all access dental page seeing its still up! This place is horrible has been for years I gave it another shot due to the name change I should have never bothered! Went in for pain due to a cracked filling, dentist filled it alright so far down that it hit the nerve. I mean as an educated dentist if that was the case you should have said something but nope you rather hit my nerve I now have to pay 2k to fix your mistake! as well as you have infected my tooth PEOPLE BEWARE!!! My teeth are far from the greatest but didnt need any other problems or money coming out of my pocket due to a dentist who has no idea what he is doing, All of this because I do not go there regularly so he didnt care HE WILL NOW! you have a job to do weather its your patient or not you could have obtained a new patient, but you suck as a person and professional, staff is not great either! went in for an emergency appt in massive pain and waited over two hours while all those who arrived after were taken first (no doubt regular appts) lunch was ordered and snacks were eaten! I pay attention to what goes on around me in an office and that is plain RUDE! I would like my xray it would be interesting to see if that filling had to go to the nerve which as a dentist you should have never and told me a root canal was needed, he also never mentioned infection nor did he prescribe anything which tells me the infection came from that office! if the office would like to contact me due to this review you can feel free to contact me as I will forward you to my team which will include my regular dentist as well as others! This dental office has another site they used to be all access dental in beacon you should check out the reviews there as well as there are more and do not go with the 3 that have been placed here. Id like to inform people of how my family was treated here.My daughter was brought in for a cap on a root canal and 1st visit after traveling 25 miles each way my wife was told oops Dr. isnt in today so my wife misses a day of work and my daughter misses a day of school for nothing. Apt #2 as I sit there Dr Nyer says to the receptionist I dont have time to see her shes not even my patient (we were there for a consult from another dentist in same group) so he doesnt know that I heard him. Lynn the office manager lies to me and says it was a liability thing. Ok a liability on a consultation????? so she doesnt realize I hear Dr. Nyer say this either so I call the head person in charge and ask to speak to Dr. Nyer just to hear what he says about it. And im told he doesnt feel he should have to speak with me... Are you kidding This guy thinks hes so important that he doesnt think he should have to speak with me? so thats the short version and anyone who brings a family member to this practice remember this review. They want your money but when youve been lied to and mistreated they dont even think they should have to talk to you. SOME PROFESSIONALS HERE HUH ? Dont pay no mind to the reviews they post on there home page look a little further for the true reviews Oh and the only reason for 1 star is because they make you pick one or I would have picked none Ps.
