My daughter and I have been getting our eye exams and glasses from Luxe for a few years now and we couldnt be happier. The staff is warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They are patient and really want you to find the glasses that you are going to be the most happy with. Sometimes we have a tough time making up our minds about what we want, but we have never felt rushed there. Theyll actually bring us more options to try on based on our comments instead of pushing us to decide on something that we were already looking at.Their exams are fantastic and thorough and weve actually learned a lot through our appointments. The doctor at Luxe has made helpful suggestions about eye drops and screens that were more helpful than anything we had gotten from the doctor at the big medical complex that we had been going to previously.It has a very upscale trendy vibe, but even when I walk in wearing leggings and a sweatshirt and head for the least expensive glasses they sell (which are surprisingly affordable and still amazing quality) they still treat me like a VIP customer. My tough to please 14 year old loves everything she has ever gotten there and always comments about how nice everyone is. After the glasses come in they really take the time to make sure that your glasses fit exactly the way you want them and that you are completely happy before you leave. We just went back yesterday because my daughter had broken her beautiful brand new frames wrestling with her brother and they smiled and said no problem and fixed them right away. I couldnt recommend them more!

It was time for new glasses and I was tired of wearing the same old thing, but where to go? I was tired of driving a ways to find my glasses. I had some friends who had recommended Luxe Optique in Beacon so I stopped in. My timing was right because they had a great sale and I loved the selection. It is vast, in fact it was so hard to chose, I bought 4 pair. Never in my life have I had 4 pair of glasses. I have to say Madison was a great sales person. I also got my glasses quickly! Great service and an extensive choice, what more do you want? Help support a local business too.

Each time I have been in I have received top notch products, thorough eye examinations, as well as the best customer service. What is even more impressive is even though I am not the person who is buying the handmade, totally custom, amazing glasses they have in stock, they have treated me like VIP anyway. Highly recommended!

I called the store looking to purchase a box of contacts after realizing I had just thrown out my last pair. They said they didn’t have my prescription in stock but could order them for me. I was leaving the next day on a trip and said I was looking for a store that had them in stock because I could not wait. They were so kind and offered to give me a free trial pair so that I could have contacts for my trip! That is amazing customer service!! Thanks so much! I sat on my first pair of not-knockoff sunglasses and was horrified to see them bent. They were fixed here faster than I could drink a beer across the road and it was free. Young woman who helped us on 6/10 in the p.m. was very good.

They were extremely accommodating and fit me in to see the optometrist, Dr. Herrera. She was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She helped me to bring my prescription up to date and offered insight on types of frames that would suit me. I received the best service at Luxe Optique. They took care of me from the minute I walked in the door and throughout the process of getting contact lenses and new glasses. I was surprised that their prices were very reasonable. Every staff member that I dealt with was incredibly accommodating, professional and nice. Immediately upon entering Luxe Optique, you realize they’re not your typical Eye-care Center. You’re greeted with a kind, warm smile; and a modern/rustic take for the layout and interior design that certainly bring the initial opinion to that “Wow” factor. After having been greeted, of course the eye exam takes place with the optometrist is nearly as personable as the rest of the staff. An entire tour of their vast variety of quality designer frames (some hand made) but all stunning will really set your bar high to be receiving service anywhere else but Luxe. Explanations throughout the entire board of the designer/artist of the frames with background information of the artists collection specifically and how they’re viewed. In conclusion, after stepping into a customer centric experience with a shop that is so attractive to the eye, there’s no way you’ll ever leave not wanting to come back the very next day for another out of frames. Kudos Luxe, and thanks for a great experience and genuine customer dedication. The best place to buy eyewear! They are personable, have the greatest selection of glasses, and if you arent happy with your purchase in 30 days, they give you your money back? Never heard of this anywhere! Love them!!!

I recently found Luxe Optique in Beacon, NY. I was searching for Maui Jim Sunglasses. Much to my surprise the staff went above and beyond. Upon entering I was offered something to drink. It was a very cold day so I had hot green tea. Lovely. My exam was professional and informative and pleasant. I did not have to wait long at all. When selecting the Maui Jim Sunglass frames the team actually contacted the local rep to bring more styles for me to try. I had a private session to select the frames and I was never rushed. I couldnt believe the customer service!! I had prescription lenses put into the Maui Jims. When they were ready I stopped by to pick them up. Again I was offered something to drink. Lovely. I had a special fitting session to make sure they sat perfectly on my face. I never had such service from other optical shops. I will definitely return. Much thanks to Ryan (Manager), Remy and Teya.

Excellent service and great selection of eyewear.A few years ago, my eye doctor suggested progressives, I ordered a pair through another outfit, but unfortunately couldnt wear them because I found them disorienting. So I gave up on progressives and switched between reading and distance glasses as needed, which meant my glasses were getting scratched and misplaced. Then I went to Luxe. Their product is superior. I had no dizzy reaction to the new progressives. And I love the look and feel of my eyewear -- very light and doesnt bother my temples etc.When my frames broke in a VR headset, I was devastated bc the frames were expensive, but Luxe ordered new frames (the face part) for me and reassembled my glasses free of charge!When I purchased the glasses they took care of all the insurance paperwork. I wont go anywhere else after my experience with Luxe.

I went in to get my classes tightened, and they were super friendly! I’m not a client of theirs so I expected to pay a fee to get my glasssed fixed but they did not charge at all. Something that took them a few minutes to do changed made such a difference in my day to day. Glasses that fit right are key to everything!!!! The glasses they have are super cool and they have a range of prices too. Support local !!!!!!!!! I will be back !!!!!

This store is extremely well curated with a great selection, cool vibe, and excellent customer service. Julia, Ryon, and Tiina were all awesome in helping me narrow down what I was looking for. They were attentive, friendly, and worked within my price range. They adjusted the frames multiple times to get the look just right. Would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. Way better experience and comfort level than any of the glasses Ive bought over my 20 years of wearing them.

I just had my original Ray-Bans adjusted and molded to fit my face, and Im beyond happy with the result. They knew way more about them then I did, and were so friendly and helpful. I was greeted with drink offerings, and while they were doing the adjustment I got to look through their selection of amazing frames. One pair was more chic than the next. This is the number one spot in the HV to find beautiful eyewear. Very impressed!

I had a great experience at Luxe recently. Dr. Herrera gave me a very thorough exam, explained each step, and answered all my questions. I have a high prescription, and I really appreciated the time she spent with me to make sure I was satisfied. After speaking with Dr. Herrera, I decided to transition from my old RGP lenses to soft. Dr. Herrera did not rush me, and spent the time to explain the differences between the two and the advantages of soft lenses. I am very happy with my much more comfortable soft lenses - thank you Dr. Herrera! Luxe is a wonderful store, with a beautiful selection of fashionable, stylish frames, much better than you would see in a “typical” eyewear store. Beautiful store, great location in Beacon, and wonderful service - what more could you ask for?

I accidentally lost the nose pad for my glasses and was in rush in beacon, Ny. The folks at luxe optique replaced the nose pad and even cleaned the glasses. They refused any payment for the service and were extremely nice. Definitely will try them out if I need new glasses.

I walked into Luxe Optique with my Gucci frames, which were terribly misshapened. I was elated when Ryon presented me my reshapeden frames. When i put them on, they felt just like they did when they were brand new. I love these frames, and now I will only go to Luxe Optique for all of my eyewear products. Best part was, that there was no charge. staff member that I dealt with was incredibly accommodating, professional and nice. I highly recommend Luxe Optique.

I stopped in yesterday to ask if they could fix a pair of sunglasses that were crooked but I hadn’t bought them there, the woman fixed them no problem and was so kind and caring. I made an appt for an eye exam and found the most unique, trendy glasses I want to buy! Customer service is a dead almost everywhere you go these days so to have them go out of their way to make me feel special was such a nice feeling.
