VLAD IS THE BEST BARBER IN ORANGE COUNTY , When you go to his shop his chair is located in the middle of the shop so second chair on your right. BEEN GOING TO HIM FOR ALMOST 2-3 YEARS. VLAD ALSO HAS THE BEST PRICE IN ORANGE COUNTY, $15 but i give the man $20 even though his cuts are worth more. If you want @360kris wave cut ask for a Number 2 , with the grain , No taper.
