Windsor Heights provides so much for Residents not just physical care but social, emotional, spiritual, needs! The team is amazing and works so well in providing the best care for the Residents. It is a beautiful facility that provides comfortable common areas, secure outside courtyard, healthy and nutritious meals.

This is a very clean community with caring and attentive staff. The rooms are spacious though the community is small and feels like home. There are many small common areas for you to visit with your loved one. There are two nice secured outdoor spaces to walk or enjoy the raised garden beds without noise from the main street traffic. This community does not feel clinical and the staff is very knowledgeable about dementia care.

Facility is nice, Nursing staff is nice. Michelle the administrator is very aggressive in her tone and disrespectful to both residents and their families. Ill be contacting corporate soon.
