I was recently treated for Covid-19 pneumonia. This was by far the worst illness that I have ever experienced. From the moment, I arrived at the E.R. the level of care was outstanding. This is truly concierge level medical care. Everybody was very professional and attentive. I really believe that they saved my life. I would highly recommend this facility for all your emergency needs. Once I was stabilized, I was transferred to the other side of the facility. Again, outstanding level of care given. The attention to care that they provide, is off the chart good.

As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is welcoming and very clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful. There was no big waiting period and everything moved in timely manner. Doctor and nurses made sure they told you everything they were doing and asked if you had any questions. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I drive all the way from Houston just to come to Patients ER. The staff and doctors are very nice and caring. There is never a long wait time in the lobby or in the back when you’re in a room! I wish this was a full functioning hospital so I wouldn’t have to go anywhere else for major and more serious health issues. Definitely the best to get checked out!

I can even use enough words to describe how wonderful this place is! They treat you so good....hardly any wait time to be seen. And so compassionate ❤️ best emergency room experience Ive ever had... I will never go to any other! Way to go patients!!!!

We have visited this facility about 4 times in the past year. And with every visit we have been very impressed with its cleanliness. From the spacious waiting room, to the fully stocked snack bar/coffee station and everything in between to make the waiting more pleasurable.On this last visit we were taken care of by three individuals. Two of their names escape me but if you pulled up my file you’d see who those people are. The nurse practitioner was very nice to deal with and answered all of our questions. The other nurse or employee who took me to get my cat scan was super nice and just great a her job. Made me feel safe and secured and was very aware of my discomfort in dealing with this kidney stone. Then there was Dana who was my nurse. She was a blessing to have in my room. Very kind. Tried and succeeded to lift my spirits by timely jokes and really made me feel like she genuinely cared about me.I will continue to drive out of my way and pass several emergency centers to get to this one.

Always get the best care from them and they have the best bedside manners you can ask for. I appreciate the staff so much for how they treat my Lil one as well.

Great staff! This includes the receptionist, nurses and doctors. I would not hesitate to go there again under any circumstance. They are all very professional and give the best patient care Ive ever had. Very clean and organized, they have it together. Great job!!!

I love this place! I would rather come here than my pcp they have the ability to do all the test in house so I don’t have to go to multiple places. I had to bring my son with me yesterday and the nurses were so helpful with him during my ct scan! I highly recommend

Called ahead to inquire about insurance and wait times. The person that answered the phone was very accommodating which made it that much easier to visit.Shortly after arriving I was taken back and am very happy with my treatment. While my experience was great, I really hope I do not have to come back, but I would not hesitate to revisit.Great service all around!

That wait wasn’t bad considering all the covid going around. I was treated excellent as always. Doctors, nurses and staff are all so nice, kind and helpful. You never leave there and feel like you weren’t treated. Everything is always explained to you with good detail. This is the only place I will go or my kids. It isn’t all about money for them. It’s truly about getting your better.

My 3rd time to this particular location and I must say, the entire staff is not just great, they r phenomenal. Every single one of the staff members I interacted with from check in all the way to check out went above and beyond yo make sure me and my 2 daughters were comfortable. We were greeted with smiles and kindness. Literally every one we encountered offered to bring us drinks and snacks, they were great to converse with as well as very attentive. Every employee at this location deserves a very nice bonus for the way they treat patients.

I needed a last minute appointment for my son after I couldn’t get him in with his primary doctor. The entire staff was patient and kind and he was able to get seen, given medicine and out the door in an hour. My entire family has now been treated here and we have always had a positive experience.

The facility is super clean and nice. The several times I have been here, I havent had to wait to be seen. The staff, nurses, and physicians are all on point. They make sure you are comfortable and cared for the minute you come through the door. They are eager to diagnose the patients by imediatly running tests, so they are able to get you comforable and begin the treatment process. The complete staff makes it their personal goal to give each patient thats walks through the door the quality care they deserve as they go through the treatment/ healing process together.

The bedside manner of this place is the best I have ever seen. We have been to lots of places like this so we have seen bed service before. Here they are polite and very attentive to your needs. We just moved to Dayton area and when we get sick we will be going there. Thank you for taking excellent care of us the we yall do it was very appreciated. I cant say enough about the professional staff there. Keep up the good work.

The service the staff and the facility was outstanding. As busy as they were the staff took there time and completed a throw exam, explained everything very clearly made sure that I was very comfortable throughout my whole experience. I would recommend this facility to anyone

When you walk in the place has a comfortable atmosphere. The staff from the beginning checking you in to the people in back were nice. They made you comfortable and explained everything in detail. If you had questions they answered everyone. This is my second time using them and I will continue in the future.

The staff (from the receptionists to the doctors) were great. I felt like I mattered to them. They made sure I knew what they were doing and answered all of my questions. Had to take my son in for stitches and we were taken back within about 10 minutes after getting there. So thankful they weren’t too busy and I know we will always be taken care of there no matter what. We don’t ever go anywhere else if we don’t have too

I had the BEST experience ever here. I am a single mom and had to bring my two kids with me to get the COVID antibody infusion. The staff was AMAZING. They went above and beyond not only for me, but helped out with my kids. We were there for a while because of the amount of patients, and the tube it takes for the transfusion. The nurses and doctors were awesome. My 10 and 6 year old made friends with a few of them. But while I was getting my infusion the nurses would walk my kids around to stretch their legs, go take them to get snacks and just hang out with them so they didn’t feel so anxious about having to wait so long. It was seriously the best experience. The stress from being sick and having to bring my kids with me was tough, but Patients made it smooth and eased my anxiety so much! I am forever grateful!

Amazing and friendly staff! I came to this location for a COVID test and staff treated me so kind and sweet. Weren’t awkward or treated me differently. Their smiles, friendliness and gentleness made my day.On my way to this location I did pass other emergency/urgent cares but was recommended this location and I’m very glad I chose PATIENTS ER.Thank you staff so much. Keep smiling and welcoming everyone the way you do! From the girls in the front to the nurses in the back. When I was done, the male nurse even walked me all the way to the front. Most places just give you your paper work, say thank you and walk out. This was something small I’m sure he really didn’t have to do but took that extra step anyways. Good manners in my book! I had an awesome experience at Patients. I had the best emergency room care I have ever had. All the nurses, doctors and techs took great cre of me. I spent 3 days there with very good care.

I brought my baby in and they gave him a popsicle & gift bag which made the wait better. They also had Nickelodeon on the TV and were very polite and helpful for the whole experience. Very satisfied!

I am always greeted with a welcome and warm smiles every visit. The atmosphere is so welcoming and inviting with treats, nice ambiance and cleanliness. There is little wait time to be serviced and check in is simple and organized. Every doctor and nurse and staff are very attentive to listening to your needs and committed to making you feel much better than when you came in. Always such a wonderful experience! It seems we always have an emergency when my husband is working, so I have to lug in all 3 little ones. Im so anxious, and no one there even bats an eye. The hospitality is far more superior than any other emergency room Ive ever visited. Our family always receives the best care at Patients! I cant imagine ever going anywhere else. ♡

I was unable to get an appointment with my regular doctors office so I came to patients with no expectations. I was thoroughly pleased with every aspect and personnel encounter. From the front desk to the nurses to my nurse practitioner and doctor as well were all amazing. The whole experience was very comfortable. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. 👍

I think that you are place that care about your patient. For young children you make them feel comfortable and easy their fear when they are scared. The nurse was very kind to my daughter and explain everything she was going to do. They checked on us every hour to see if we need anything while we was there. Thanks

I went to get covid tested and had concerns that I could also be positive because I was exposed. The front desk was quick to get me registered. The medical staff was just as quick to take care of my medical needs. Very helpful in every way and was given my test results in an hours time. Thanks patients for taking care of me.

This ER is top notch! It does not look like an ER. It is so nice and made to look like a luxury home. The staff was all so unbelievably nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.

When I went inside there was sweet young girl explaining to me how to do the text and everything..The staff was very amazing.. At the end I spoke to a young nurse (Hispanic) she was very polite and professional explain too me the difference between COVID-19 and I dont recall the other one .. if people ask me where you should I go Urgent care I recommend them to Patient Urgent Care I-10 by 146 .Thank you nurses and doctors for my care and concern of my health .. First time going to Patients ER. Wait time was very short and service was very professional. My son was in a leg cast and although his visit was not related to his injury, the NP took time to ask about it. Thanks Patients ER. Will definitely consider visiting in the future if the need arises..

People are super nice they treat you like family I’ve been there before and they are very out going never have issues with them

I went in to have stitches removed. The wait was kinda long but there were alot of people there. Long being around 40 minutes. The staff handled it amazingly. The nurse that took out my stitches did an awesome job.

My first visit i had fallen and my ankle was the size of a baseball. I will say, the facility is very clean, fast with everything, and everyone is very polite, however...They told me it was sprained and sent me on my way, found out 2 days later it was fractured. My second visit i was having severe breathing issues. They again did an x ray of my chest, gave me a breathing treatment, said I was fine and sent me home. 2 days later I collapsed. My son had to call 911.i ended up in ICU intubated because my oxygen levels were in the low 80s and I couldnt breathe on my own. I had severe pneumonia with asthma. I had 10% survival rate. Lucky for me I had an amazing lung Dr at San Jacinto named Dr Barbandi that saved my life. I almost died because they just want people in and out smh. Im truly not saying they did this intentionally, but whether they somehow missed it, which I dont see how. Or they just didnt think it was a big deal i almost died over it. So unfortunately I cannot give a good rating.

Our 2 year old daughter had been running a high fever all day. Not sure where to take her because we had tried a minor ER and the experience was horrible. So we decided to give Patients ER a try. We had heard good things about this ER. They were very nice just walking through the doors so late at night. It was so nice walking into an exam room that was set up for children. It gave me a comfort that we had made the right decision going there. The nurses and Dr. Garza were very nice and took great care of her. I highly recommend Patients ER.

I would love to give a 0 star review if it were possible. I came in to at 8:10pm to be seen for symptoms: chest pains, cough, sore throat, fever, headache, body ache, and chills.My main concern obviously is chest pains since I am also asthmatic.I was not even called back to be examined for CHEST PAINS for 4.5 hours! CHEST PAINSI have an infant at home with my husband I would not have came here if I were not in serious painI mean seriously, I sat here in pain crying for 4.5 hours and not one person said anything to me or checked on me.I will never come back here, nor recommend this place to anyone!

I was seen in a rapid time. No complaint on the doctor or nurses. My only complaint is that the room I was in was extremely cold even with a warm blanket it was still too cold even my toes got numb. Other wise they were great. No I didn’t have any fever so I wasn’t cold do to that it was just extremely cold in that room. The waiting room was warm it was cold. I felt so cold that I ask to wait in the waiting Tom until I got discharge.

Great bedside manner for my 5 year old who I had to bring in for testing. They also had a place for me to register in line for my visit so I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room. They messaged me when it was time to head to the facility then I checked in via phone and they had me go into the lobby after only a few minutes. I didn’t even have time to sit down before they called us to the back. Would recommend for future use and we will return if needed!

Drove there from Pearland and would do it again. I went because they offered the monoclonal antibody infusion. I work in healthcare and know how ERs can get a bad rep but this place was outstanding. It was clean inside. Service was prompt. All of the staff were friendly. Highly recommend

Dr. Robert had poor bedside manner, made me feel like I shouldn’t have came in. Said I should be home not out spreading virus around. I told him I wasn’t trying to. I called before going and asked whoever on the phone if I could take something for my high fever on top of medications I was already taking. she advised me to come in and see a doctor.

The absolute WORSE experience! I was told upon arrival it would be a 2 hr wait. That was understandable. But 7 hrs and still waiting is unacceptable for a covid positive patient.

After spending five hours with every test and treatment imaginable from chest X-ray & blood panels for typical COVID symptoms. My husband received iv fluids, an infusion and prescriptions. In which we got lectured over. Although I had symptoms I did not test positive so was not given a prescription but was told that it was probably to early to detect but most likely had the virus so to call back if I felt worse. So two days later I have a fever and feel much worse but am being told that I must return for another valuation. What?! I live forty five minutes away, and Did you not make enough money from our first visit. Totally frustrating and completely unnecessary.

This is our 3rd time visiting Patients ER but our 1st time for a “real” emergency. My daughter had appendicitis…from the time we checked in & was put into an ambulance & transferred was around 2 hours. That’s Ivs, meds, ct scan, evaluation, hospital admission set up (literally walked into ER & went straight up to room at Tx Children’s) & transfer. The whole process was fast, informative & calming! The staff was EXTRAORDINARILY amazing. Especially Pam. She calmed this momma & I’m so thankful for her.

Very organized, friendly & professional staff . I was seen in a very timely manner. I was contacted about my results within the the time frame I was told I would be. Overall I couldnt ask for a better experience !!

Patients ER, has exceptional staff, very warm and caring too. If we have a medical issue after doctors hours or on the weekends that’s where we go without hesitation. They are the best in medical care!

Had to bring my 5 year old daughter to this location after she sustained an injury. EVERY person we came into contact with went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was well taken care of. They even gave her a gift bag with a teddy bear. This I a great facility that actually cares about their patients.

We were there a while, but it is understandable with wait times for patient transfers. All of the nurses and doctor were fantastic with my three year old daughter.

I did my registration online for the COVID test early that morning. They sent me a text saying they would notify me when they were ready to see me. I received a text some hours later letting me know to make my way there. I texted them HERE once I arrived and within 10 minutes they responded for me to make my way to the lobby. I was in and out within 30 minutes from getting there!

My family and I were recently seen at Patients and it was a great experience, all things considered. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they saw us promptly.
