Good and friendly staff, massages are good, beds are comfy, however, One of the massage therapists started recommending things for my husband, that were an extra cost without telling us. After when we went to pay, there were so many workers crowding the area almost seeing what we were going to leave as a tip. I probably won’t return. They will only give you a first time massage price if it’s Monday through Thursday. There are also pictures in the room stating the average tip is 20$ It’s just ehh… Like I said the massage was really good. I do think the massage therapist should be more open about the price of what they are recommending

Had my first facial experience with Ava. She was phenomenal! Great personality which made it very easy for me to feel comfortable, and she was very informative and assisted me with all the questions I had. Ill certainly be back and requesting Ava in the future!

I had ordered the ultimate couples package for me and my ole lady. We arrived an hour early. And I expressed to them thoroughly that I had ordered the ULTIMATE couples package I must have said it 5 times at the front desk and another five on our hour and fourth five minute wait. They put us in their relaxation room and 1 hr and 45 minutes later called my phone to see if we were still coming. Like they had forgotten we were there... they Finally came to get us and tried to rake us back for separate massages. Once again I reiterated that I had ordered the ULTIMATE couples massage... so we waited another length of time waiting for them to set up the room.. then when we did get in the room we received just the regular couples package. We were charged accordingly thank God but its the principle of the matter as if they tried not to listen.The massage therapist were absolutely amazing however wish I could rate them separately 5 stars for sure.But the customer service/relations was nowhere near par.

Just wasnt a rub like I needed. It was barely touching. Last women did amazing but this one I feel like I wasted my money and now need another one cause it did not do it for me.

Customer service wasnt great. We were forgotten when placed in the relax room... my boyfriend was trying to surprise me with a couples massage and they were not prepared nor did they have us set up correctly. They did correct the error but still didnt give us the deluxe massage we requested. The massage therapist were great though!

She takes the time to make sure that the job is done well. I absolutely love my hair and I love Alicia, too. I wont go to anyone else. Sh also does manicures, pedicures, facials , spray tans and waxing. Dont hesitate to go see Alicia.

That staff is friendly and helpful. My message therapist is good and I’m comfortable when I see him. He is Concern that you are comfortable. He does sweetish and deep tissue.I go every 2 week when I can.Clint is the one I see.

I am very disappointed with this place today. I called to confirmed my appointment before i headed over there. And was told my appointment had passed. And that they called me to see if i would show up and left a voicemail. I told the girl i had not received any call. And to confirm with me the number they had on file for me. She was not able to give me a number. This makes me believe they lied and that they never called and left a voicemail. I absolutely hate a place who doesnt respect appointments. I will be looking for a new place to go after this.

Due to covid-19 pandemic, I requested a full refund of a package my wife purchased me for fathers day. I explained why I wanted a refund because of my health and safety, they refused my money to be refunded and was extremely rude. I will spread the word to never use Divine massage...

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I went in for a spray tan and it had to be the worst experience I have ever had! I told the technician that I wanted my face lightly sprayed. She took that to mean spraying the gun directly in my face, TWICE. I have had numerous spray tans and have NEVER had someone so ignorant. Than, she focused so heavily on my top half, that I guess she forgot that the bottom half needs to match. My legs are at least 4 shades lighter than my arms. I could have had a more even tan doing it my self at home! DO. NOT. EVER. GO. HERE. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would give negative stars if I could.

Went in with a very tensed back on my ride got side. Brady and Stormy both welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door and told them both up front that I’m not a very touchy type of guy. I never liked people touching me. Brady and Stormy were both very professional and when Brady got me in the back. He was awesome at helping get the tensed muscles out and relaxed. I felt the difference right away and will be going back. He showed me some stretching positions that would help. I highly recommend Brady. And not sure what Stormy does but she was awesome on greeting and made me feel comfortable, after I explained how I am. This is a team work environment. Good job to you both.

I visited the new location for the first time yesterday after visiting the original close by location several times over the past few years. I missed out not only is the new location warm and welcoming the services are too notch. Sometimes you need to just stop and take care of yourself. My esthetician Ava is not only a good people person she’s talented and owns her craft. The esthetician was professional and polite. The atmosphere at the spa was tranquil and relaxing, and the reception staff were excellent. I was taken to the relax room as I was early for my appointment where I was given an herbal tea and a quiet place to decompress. I will positively return to this establishment for my future needs.

That was the best experience Lisa and I have had. Everyone is always so nice and professional. Juan, Noel, Stormy and Alicia are the best at what they do. We had some things change in our lives and considered canceling our membership, however, after Saturday’s experience we thought there was no way we could leave. We will just make other changes. Ive gone to the spa three times now and looking forward to my next. The last visit was a joint massage with my daughter. It was her first and they made her feel beyond comfy and importantly safe. Booked the 90 minute deep tissue massage the night before, and received a $20 discount. Wanted a female at first, but needed a massage nonetheless. Philip A greeted me with a smile and from there, the magic began. Every touch had meaning, and he seemed to hit every spot that needed attention. Im confident that it was the best massage Ive ever had, and I am not that easy to please. Highly recommend Philip A, especially if you suffer from a bad back like I do.

Some of the staff were kinda nice and welcoming. Our service technicians were pretty cool once they warmed up to us a bit. But, honestly, all in all, most all of the staff we came across seemed very unhappy to be there doing their jobs and just had a negative, unpleasant attitude about being there. Especially the front desk coordinator. (I dont know if she had just had a hard day or what, but going off just that day, she should NOT work in customer service!) It made it a little uncomfortable walking around or being there in general, because, I myself felt awkward, like it was more important as customers to make the staff happy, than the staff making the customers feel comfortable, cared for, and happy. Definitely not the most welcoming, professional environment. I would expect a place of business like this one, to be professional and go above and beyond to make the customers feel welcome, comfortable and happy. I know they were busy due to the fact that it was Mothers Day, so that may have put them in a frustrated mood, but then again, on a day such as Mothers Day, it should be a time where they are even more welcoming and pleasant to their customers. I dont know. The services given were pretty good, but all in all, I would probably choose to go to a different place next time I need to get away, relax and be pampered.

Wow completely surprised we used to love this place and constantly went and recommended it. Absolutely would not anymore on 3 separate occasions for special events for us they have canceled within a hour or two of our appointments. We have never canceled once and I dont understand. Amy the manager thinks its fine and wouldnt offer any suggestions to how to prevent this. Seriously be professional you expect your clients to be and hold there appointments but you have canceled 3 times in a row now sad.

Very professional and relaxing experience upon entering the building and into relaxation period. The massage itself was interesting. My masseuse worked on the painful areas extensively, yet the experience was far from relaxing.Initially heat was applied to my back in which I was overly sensitive and the heat was removed and apparently I was left with a red back. She was so worried about the effects of the redness rather than 100% focus on the massage. By the way, I am fine, no effects afterwards.Also, I like conversation to be minimal during a massage, but the conversation lasted the entire time.Finally, I expected my head, face, and temples to be part of the experience and they were not even touched. That was ultimately what I was most disappointed in.The masseuse did her best with what she had to work with (knots and injuries), I just didn’t get the relaxed experience I expected.Will I return, yes! The overall atmosphere was top notch and worth every penny and balanced out the little issues.

The massage wasnt very good. Came in with back pain and stiff back muscles, told the masseuse, and she still did not put much focus on my back. Used her arms to massage me, not her hands which felt weird at best, ineffective at worst. I told them twice I had a 20% off coupon, but they did not take the 20% off. When I asked if they would refund the difference, they said no. I will NOT be back and this review will be posted as many places as possible.

I had a prenatal massage this morning, the massage itself was great! I have only been to this place a few times in the past when receiving a gift card. In the past I felt the massages were not very good quality and the therapists talked through the entire hour, after making me wait an additional 10 minutes then stopping short 10-5 minutes. Every minute counts when you are being charged by the hour. I was offered a $20 discount to return after not visiting in quite some time, but upon check out I was charged the full amount! I had not been prepared for this charge and had to give a smaller tip than I originally wanted to give. I feel bad that the therapist had to suffer because someone did not put a note or correct pricing in my profile. I did not make a fuss because it is uncomfortable to argue pricing at the front desk in front of several customers. I paid and plan not to return. I do not appreciate this bait and switch sort of tactic. My overall experience from the first to last time visiting is terrible, I have never had one appointment there with overall satisfaction with all aspects.

Ive been going to Divine Massage for a couple of years now. When they were in their previous location (in a strip center), it was noisy, but theyve built a new building (stand-alone) and its much quieter which is what you want when youre getting a massage.I will say that yesterday when I was there, the other therapists were not particularly quiet in and around the room where I was getting my massage...loud talking, doors slamming, etc. That has not been the norm; it is usually fairly quiet.The only other thing I would say is that when you come into the building, it would be nice if there was a quiet place to kind of decompress before your massage. Waiting in the waiting room, with a TV going, people coming and going, thats a bit distracting. A nice quiet, semi-dark room maybe with some quiet relaxing music or water feature would be nice to begin the relaxation process before the massage.

The therapist I had was amazing...however the girls at the front desk seemed to be unprofessional. Giggly and rude, the manager should really consider hiring more appealing girls for the front desk, no offense but nearly all of them need to go on a serious diet and lose the attitudes.

The staff is so personable & professional. Silvey is an absolute pleasure & knows where all your biggest spots are that bother you the most. Shes been massaging for years & it shows, tip her big & come see her often. You will thank me. 😉😊

Membership/purchase issuesI have been going here since they first opened and I have held a membership for a few years now. I was sold on a product during a facial on my last trip and when I inquired about the product they sold me the wrong one. I called about it as soon as I got home and noticed the name on the sample didnt match. I called and asked for an exchange/credit/ and/or discount on the correct product they refused to find any solution. Now Im stuck with a $65 eye gel when I wanted a face moisturizer. (Jan 13th, 2019)Overall this place is good, but the customer service when it comes to their policies leaves room for improvement. It seems they would rather you take a loss and possibly lose a customer than help you. I moved out of Baytown 2 years ago and its more of an inconvenience to come here at this point and now with this issue I will most likely cancel my membership and look for one closer to me.Other things to consider if you want a membership:(Negatives) (this is why its a 2 star and not a 3/4 star rating)-you have to use half a credit to use the infrared/sauna (free at most other places with membership)-you can not gift/transfer one of your credits to bring a friend/family to try the place out. (some places are free others charge only $10 but still cheaper than the full price of the service that you already paid for via your membership)-Cant use membership credits to purchase products.* dont waist your service on a body treatment.(Positives)-Once you find the service provider you like as long as they are their you will be taken care of by them and usually the front desk ladies/gents.-you do get a few things of use like the shower after or between services.-10% discounts on purchased products on day of facial/nails/hair....

The day was simply amazing. Had a deep tissue massage, body treatment, facial & mani/pedi. All which were amazing. I had a great experience with each lady except during the mani/pedi, she barely said 2 words during the entire time. Definitely not a personable worker. All in all I’d go back.

I was called by someone at Divine Massage and told that if I came in in would receive 20% off any of their services because I hadnt been there in a while. I showed up and Sylvia did my massage which was great. I go to pay and the receptionist rings me up for full price. I asked about the discount I was called about and the receptionist became rude and told me that they didnt do that and anyways I had to have a password. Well no password no discount. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional and treated me as I was some big liar making up stories. Im not sure I will be using them again for the simple fact for bad customer service.

I had a 1 Hour Deep Tissue massage which lasted only 35 minutes, maybe 40 at the most. The massage was good but just not what I paid for. The only thing the receptionist said was, Well put a note. Yeah, Thanks............Beyond Beaute in Deer Park, Tx is way better.

I was a member for 7 years, they require cancellation in writing 30 days in advance. For the years I was a member I accumulated over 15 hours of massage credits. When I cancelled my membership, because I do not want to keep paying while I was traveling, they cancelled and the cleared what I paid for over the years. That was a RIPOFF that I did not appreciate, especially after years of being a customer. I would not getting a membership there PERIOD.

Worst hair cut of my entire life. I asked the girl to trim my layers and she ended up cutting about 5 inches off!!!!, not kidding 5 INCHES!!!!. The only reason why I went there was because I received a Xmas gift certificate . If I could give it zero stars I would. They didnt charge me but that didnt bring my hair back, it doesnt change the situation that I have to live with for the next several months until it grows back, beyond livid
