Just came to the studio for my refill. This is the second time that Katrina has canceled on me a few minutes before my appointment. The first time I was understanding because I know things happen, so I booked with a regular stylist. But for this to happen AGAIN is ridiculous. To top it off they called me literally five minutes before my appointment. It is so unprofessional and unfortunate because I finally thought I found my lash stylist. I cancelled my membership. I’m not even the type to leave bad reviews, but this is so unprofessional.

I booked a lash lift over 2 weeks ago- wanting it within a specific timeframe since I am traveling. I received numerous texts confirming my appointment and then one the morning OF my appointment asking that I give them a call. When I called I was told that they did not have an lash lift kits available and they were on backorder. It was recommended that I call back in a week.I wont call back, but I will take my service elsewhere. Im obviously unable to get an appointment anywhere now in the timeframe I need it, and this was very frustrating to be canceled the day of after booking so far in advance. I should have been contacted right away after scheduling, especially since I confirmed and it was obvious I was coming.This may be a great place, but I will go back to where I have gone before instead of this place. Communication with customers is a priority for me, but obviously not with this business.

Master stylist Katrina N. is AH-MAY-ZING!! I returned today for my lash refill which lasted 3 wks! She was on time with my appt, very attentive and highly professional! I absolutely love my lashes and will continue to see her. Will most definitely recommend her to all my girls!❤

Amazing lash studio in Baytown is amazing! They have an amazing staff! The front desk are always quick to help and very understanding. All the stylist are super friendly and help anyway possible to achieve your look. The pricing is amazing and the quality is fantastic. It’s so amazing to wake up and just feel gorgeous!!!! They will work around your busy schedule. The place is very well kept and clean and very calming. If you are looking to get your eyelashes done this is the place to go! By the way Katrina is so amazing at eyelashes!!!!!

Jessica is amazing!! She literally saved me! I got really upset and pulled at my lashes. I had barely anything left... she gave me beautiful lashes again! I am so thankful for her! I was scheduled for a refill, and she fit me in without hesitation and no complaints.

I scheduled an appointment online and was emailed by this company to confirm my appointment which I did. I get to the location 15 minutes prior to my appointment and I’m told that I will not be able to be seen since my “stylist” has been a no show for 3 days.. and they’ve been trying to contact me via phone but haven’t been successful. I asked why nobody contacted me via email since they have my email and I was told that they have a brand new system that went live this morning which is why they didn’t contact me via email. I was offered 10$ off my next service but I will not be going back to Amazing Lash. They’re highly unprofessional and unorganized. As a client it is not my concern who does not show up to their shift or if there was a system change. The only thing I care about is getting my services that we’re scheduled AND confirmed. 10/10 do not recommend.

By far the Baytown location is the best I have been to. Katrina and Meme are two of my favorite stylists. However they are are all very well trained from the front desk to each employee. They are all great at their jobs. They are always on time and gentle. It is so relaxing I never want to get up when it is time to go.

Katrina is back at the Baytown location, finally!! She’s a master trainer and has been doing it for many years. I would follow her throughout Houston until we lost touch. I am so happy that she is back for good. The facility is always clean and quiet with a relaxing g atmosphere. Front desk personnel is always very helpful and friendly when I am there. I have been getting my lashes done with Amazing Lash studio for years and have bounce between 4 studios. When it comes to customer service, Katrina is always understanding and keeps it honest and transparent on what would be best for me. This is why I will drive 45 minutes out of my way just to go to Baytown.

It was my first time getting lashes and Alyssa did such an amazing job! I highly recommend her! The entire staff there was very friendly- great customer service!

I got eyelash extensions done by Katrina!!! She was freaking amazing!!!! She was so easy to talk to and made me look so fabulous my daughter was even like mommy you look soooo beautiful!!!!! I placed an appointment a week in advance only to show up and told the person who does the lashes has been no show no call for 3 days. No communication, no follow through from the business. I had to wake up very early and drive an hour only to find this out. They tried to blame the lack of communication on a “new system” Riiiiight…. Save yourselves the trouble and DO NOT COME HERE. I’ve read past reviews and apparently this is not an uncommon issue here. I guess once people stop patronizing this business they might wake up and fix their issues. But… it will probably be too late by then.

I’ve been going to amazing lash now for a year and I LOVE everytime I walk out with my new set! Today Master Stylist Katrina did my lashes and did amazing! Highly recommended

Elisa did an amazing job on my lashes. Everyone always complements them. I would highly recommend her she took her time and worked me in.

My “ pro stylist “ was extremely uninformative I told her l wanted natural lash she gave me entirely too long of lashes and too thick I told her they were too long and I don’t like them and she told me next time get them shorter 😐 then when I called back after I left to see if I can get them cut down because they’re just too long for me they told me I’d have to pay 30+ for a removal and then pay to have them done again. Completely unprofessional and rude.

Loved the lashes one eye lasted well over 2 weeks the other not so much. Only reason I gave four stars is cause the price of the refill.

The front desk person is awful Extremely rude and unprofessional. They claim the number listed on their corporate website is incorrect and do not answer the phone until after 9:00 AM. He was argumentative, raised his voice and just extremely poor customer service. On top of that the lashes fell out within a week. $250 for nothing, Save yourself the money and trouble and go somewhere else. I would have given it negative stars if possible.In response, I have emailed the studio twice and reached out to corporate who had also asked the owner to contact me. I have yet to be contacted by anyone.

For some reason it’s not letting me sign out of my husbands account on here! But wanted to leave a positive review for amazing lash in Baytown! Absolutely love it! They’re always so accommodating and do such a great job with my lashes. I 100% recommend booking an appointment with them if you’re trying to find a good place for lashes!

Horrible experience at Amazing lash studio in Baytown, scheduled an appointment to get my lashes done before going on vacation. Showed up for my appointment and was told the tech that I was scheduled with called in sick and I would have to be rescheduled for another day. The receptionist was no help and claims she called me and left me a voicemail but I never received a phone call. The only thing she could advise to do was to google and call other amazing lash studio locations for last minute openings couldn’t even provide phone numbers for me....

100% recommend booking an appointment with them if you’re looking for a good place to get your lashes done! They’re always so accommodating and do such a great job on my lashes! They’re the best!

I was so skeptical about lash extensions (being a strip lash junkie), but Amazing Lash Studio has saved me sooooo much time in my daily makeup routine (dont tell Ulta, but I hardly wear make up anymore!) I literally get up and go!Hannah is the absolute BEST, and I wouldnt give anything for the wonderful girls at the front! Staff was always kind and friendly. But during the closure because of Covid-19 memberships fees were still being taken from my account. I went into studio once they opened back up to cancel membership for medical reasons. I asked to speak to a manager to get April refunded the guy working said oh shes hard to get ahold of. I believe the managers name is Vanessa. My appt for March was canceled by the studio. So I paid a total of 180.00 to Amaizing Lash Studio with no services done. Guess they think they need my money more than I do.

The location nearest me closed down and though this one is an hour away, I was pretty pleased with my visit. My stylist had me in and out in about 30 minutes for a refill which was great yet a little concerning, but my lashes seem okay so far. The receptionist wasnt the most friendly or helpful and seemed to display a bit of a negative attitude, but the location was clean, nice, and new!

I walked out feeling amazing with the sexy style lashes Briana helped me choose. She was phenomenal and took the time to explain every detail to me. I am now a member thanks to her and my stylist hannah who made me very comfortable i will be coming back for sure !!!

No rescheduling on a free fix. Went in on a Wednesday and called the same day for a fix. Was told to go back 2 days later with uneven lashes. Was unable to leave work on time, called and was told NO we will not reschedule a free fix you have to wait 3 weeks until your membership kicks in and pay for a fill. Cancelling the membership. You guys can do better.

First time getting lashes! As soon as I walked in the door Briana was very welcoming and gave great tips and information, she put me at ease! Hannah my stylist was also very helpful, and gentle she did an awesome job!

Satisfied. I feel fresh and ready to be make up free with these lashes!

Scheduled an appointment to have lashes put on for the first time. My technician was Theresa. She was very nice but didn’t speak very good English and not sure she understood what I wanted. Didn’t know what the end results were going to be. She was not informative at all about her process, never asked if I’ve had lashes before, nothing! End result.....My lashes look like a Turantula!! One eye my lashes are going inward....towards my nose!?!? My lashes look very unnatural and uneven and EXTREMELY FULL!? Not happy at all with my first experience!! The receptionist was very nice when I called to to let them know I was unhappy, they gladly rescheduled me with Sarah? Don’t know if she’s any good or not but I go today to get them redone at no charge. Again, not sure what this adventure brings? Stay tuned.....

I had my lashes done for the first time ever a month ago will be going back Saturday. Had great experience Love my lashes.. the receptionist Iliayanna was great explained everything to me was so nice and helpful. I even signed up for a membership..

I always have a great experience every time I go. The membership saves me so much money and my lashes always look fabulous!

Set up an appointment online and never heard back. I called later that evening to speak with someone & they knew nothing about my online booking! They said oh... uh. I asked if they had a opening for the very next day. The lady said yes at 2:40. I said ok I’ll take it. She said ok. Let me call you back in 2 minutes. Well, I never heard back! That was my first and last time trying to go there. They are VERY unprofessional with customer service!

Could use more customer service training. Unable to make a same day appointment for 2 weeks. Now having to pay for full set, and wanting to up charge me for a master. Unable to speak to manager, No understanding or apology. When I already pay $60 a month, to be told Im going to have to pay $65 more before tip.

Theresa is my tech and I followed her from the Gulfgate location. One person said that she doesnt speak good English, but I beg to differ. She is super sweet and is very professional. I live in Pearland and I drive to Baytown to get my lashes done by Theresa!

I went in there a while back and poor customer service , I believe her name was Ravo. She lacked such poor customer service. She was rude and did not know how to explain about the membership correctly. Every question I asked her she seemed irritated, and on top of that she was sitting down while we talked. Last time I remembered the girls were always standing up. I went back up a few days later and the other front desk were able to help me and they had such great customer service. They are making me reconsider getting my lashes done for sure. As for Ravo something needs to be done about her.

Nice people but their membership is a joke! Not only do they charge you monthly but they charge you Everytime you go in there. No point in paying for a membership! Will never go back!

Went in for the first time yesterday. MY CHECK OUT TIME WAS OVER 30 MINUTES. I had a gift card, when I went to check out, they could not find the gift card number in the system (TURNS OUT THEY DON’T ENTER THE GC NUMBER!) They enter the name of the person WHO PURCHASED the gc. WHY have a gc number if YOU DON’T ENTER IT. Hannah at the front desk was very sweet and did the best she could with the LACK OF MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP when she repeatedly tried calling the manager and owner to resolve the issue. Once she spoke to the owner, she was told that I needed to pay for my visit and they would try and resolve the gift card issue later. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Horrible customer service on the owner’s part. I will not be going back again.

The customer service is awful. I scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks after getting my lashes done to come and refill them and they never marked it down. when I finally get an appointment they tell me to come at 1:50. I show up at 1:50 and they tell me that my appointment was at 1:30 and they cancelled it.

“I paid for a full set .... of course they didnt give me a full set“ plus they don’t add enough glue and your lashes don’t last long
