Anthony was so very helpful and accommodating. If not for him my sister would have had to spend another night in the hospital as the case manager could not accommodate us and was having issues with her insurance. They would not let her go home without oxygen. He set us up with oxygen at the last minute very late in the evening, personally delivered it, instructed us on how to use it and left us his personal cell phone number as well as followed up the next day! He even managed to contact her insurance company and get it covered! Excellent service! I cannot say enough! Highly recommend this company. Thank you Anthony !

I have been using their services for 4 years now -- always kind, prompt, and pleasant to work with. Over time I have spoken to Aaron in management, Jennifer and Rosalba (sorry if I am missing someone!), and I have nothing but compliments and satisfaction to report! Definitely an easy 5 stars.

Anthony was awesome. He showed me how to use the machine which is super easy. My wife was concerned about sleeping in the same room with the noise but it’s much quieter than we expected. Lastly, if you have the opportunity to request Anthony I highly recommend him. He cares and takes the time needed to answer any questions. Thank you Anthony I hope you see this much appreciated.

MD has been my CPAP provider for the past 7 years. Always a pleasure to deal with them - the staff are courteous and they quickly access my records when I need to purchase new supplies. Whether its a different mask or a replacement machine, they clearly explain the options and make appropriate suggestions. Highly recommended!

I needed a new CPAP machine stat! They were able to sell me one at a fair price, I didnt go through insurance. I brought in old machine and they found settings. A savior! Smaller businesses are so much better than At Home which is sub par usually. MD has great customer service and to top it all off the owner drove an hour to my house to check the machine out when I thought it was not working but im a fool and had wrong setting on, owner fixed it! Owner came to my house! This never happens with any company, I love these guys, Scale 1-100 theyre 10000, please use them .

I just placed an order and they processed it seamlessly. Amazing customer service, no long wait times and staff ( Yvonne and Jennifer) were quick to assist. Ive wasted time with other vendors this week who were incompetent. This place is clearly a level above the rest.

Ms Jennifer Ordonez is a Rockstar! She ALWAYS takes the time out to help me and answer all of my questions completely the first time around. Jennifer is always so helpful with insurance qualification and equipment fulfillment requests, she is efficient and SOOO polite. I traveled all over New York and help of getting a oxygen machine and everybody turn their back on me but this one company here in Bayonne New Jersey was the only one company that was willing to help me out and at the time that they were closing they decided that they will wait an extra 10 minutes for me so that I could come and do the good gesture that I am doing for us very special family in Mexico

He has personally delivered equipment and come over to adjust cpap/bipap machine settings when critical for a patients health and well being, where some companies do mail order that takes days for adjustments. Have tried repeatedly to get cpap supplies keep telling me they have merged and computers are down....this is August and I started to try and get supplies since March....unbelievable
