Ive been with WISE Hearing for over 10 years. Ruben, and his team, have gone out of their way to ensure that I know how to use and care for my devices, I am hearing in the most optimal way, and that I am comfortable. Ive returned many times for adjustments, and various things over the years - and Ruben is always - ALWAYS there for me. You wont find a more caring and attentive group. I used to go Victory hearing for 7 Years , but I am not satisfied to the service I been getting when it’s come to my hearing aide. Last Year around 12/2017 I pass thru Wise Hearing and Did make an appointments. I notice that the people are so polite and pleasant. Ruben help me and explain very well the hearing aide I should be getting. He explained very well with professionalism. When I finally get my hearing aide my life has suddenly change. I Feel like my life have been go back to where I was no problem with hearing. Thank you very much Ruben and Team for the wonderful job you have done.
