Beware. This is not an independent company. It is an internet company that gives the jobs to small contractors. I used them since they could have someone look at my heating issue the same day. The repairman showed up on time and tried to fix the issue, but could not. I was still charged $179. $129 goes directly to B/Y for their service fee. The repairman charged me $50 for installing a thermostat which he could not get to work. He wanted to come back the next day with another repairman to see what the problem was. (How much would that cost??!!) I called B/Y the next day to request my service fee back since the problem was not fixed. They had the repairman call me again to schedule another repair. I had completely lost trust in the company and did not want to be taken for any more money. B/Y would not speak to me about a refund. The repairman said it was his job now and he has to pay B/Y the $129 for giving him the job so that is nonrefundable. When I finally did get the heat fixed by another reputable company it turned out to be an issue with the furnace, not the electrical wiring that the repairman insisted it was. B/Y is a scam. Stay away.

I have recently called this company to get a quote on a job and the lady who picked up the phone call was so nasty and did not want to give any details or information, in fact, she hanged up the call and blocked my number when I tried calling her back. So unprofessional, I would never use them.

Hardworking and good staff!!! The electrician arrived ten minutes early for our appointment which made me very happy. Right from the start he was cordial, professional and extremely competent. He replaced the receptacle and repaired an outdoor security light. The charge was reasonable and fair. Great company!

I called this electrician for service. He gave me an appointment for 1 week later. Did not show up on the date he gave me? Installed the breaker wrong in the panel that it made other areas in the house with no power. I continued to tell him that all these issues arised since he replaced the breaker, but did not agree. I kept on calling, but with no response. I got another electrician that fixed the issue, he installed the breaker wrong. Worst service ever. Do not use him.

Great service and reasonable prices!!! I would like to continue B & Y Electricians service for future electrical repairs including larger projects. Price was average and acceptable. Timely, responded quickly, performed above expectation. See you soon.

Brad came on time and he was so fast on resolving my electric problem, I thought it will take a day but to my surprised it didnt. He is really good and very friendly. I will surely call him again when needed because he did a very excellent job!

The tech Ben was a very professional company they were able to respond on time. They sent an electrician and fixed an electricity issue I had as fast as he could and i am so thankful for what they did. I will definitely leave a good feedback for them thanks.

This five star company deserves a five star rating for both the services they offer and their electricians! They came out and installed recessed lights in my kitchen and did a wonderful job. It was a pleasure to have them!
