Boarded my friend Joses dog Max a few weeks ago for 7 days Frank the owner and his staff at Dustys were very friendly and professional the facility is very clean and well-run I recommend it highly

Not the friendliest of staff and the dogs don’t seem to enjoy their time here (judging by the videos we’ve seen while having our dog boarded). Gets the job done though

This place is the best. They always take great care of my dog. They have a camera stream so you can watch them during playtime which is awesome.

Weve been bringing our dog Angel here throughout the pandemic and couldnt be happier. She loves coming and gets so excited when we pull up. Its been a god send for us to allow her to play with her friends and socialize rather than be stuck home with us. The staff is super accommodating and Angel loves each and every one of them. She is always tired when she comes home and we couldnt appreciate that more. A++

I really loved this place. It was clean. The staff was kind and caring to both me and Blu. Blu came out well groomed and happy.I was very satisfied with the service as well as the price!

Took my dog there for the first time and it was a great experience. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They gave him the haircut I asked for instead of just lazily shaving him as some other groomers have in the past.Not a single complaint and I would even consider bringing my dog for boarding there if I were to go on vacation without a family member to watch him.Haircut was more expensive than what Im used to but for actually giving him a haircut I think it was well worth it.

I love Dustys. Theyre very thorough with the progress reports. My dog has made new friends. This place has allowed him to be open with other dogs more. I love that I can watch him from my phone or laptop! 🤗 I recommend Dustys to my neighbors all the time. Beautiful establishment.

If I could give negative stars I would.I was really hoping this place would be great. As a new dog parent i was hoping that a place, with such great ratings, would take the time to explain the process and be helpful.After the first day they said Remi(4month lab/retriever mix) got into a few fights and had to separate her.I was watching on the camera wasnt sure how she had started it, but I wasnt fully watching and I am new to all of this. So I asked, ok well can she come again? Gentleman at the front seemed to flipflop with his responses and generally didnt seem like a pleasant human being.A woman came out who was much more pleasant and said that new puppies take some time adjusting and that we shouldnt worry if she came back.So Day 2 at daycare. Since I was worried about her previous bad behaviors I was watching her like a hawk. Not only was she well behaved , other smaller dogs were biting her legs and biting her neck. She never fought back and tried to run away from them.What did the staff do you ask. Nothing! They were either sitting doing nothing or off camera. The pictures I included are the result of that. If the pictures arent clear she received an infection on her neck from one of the dogs biting her. Oh and when my girlfriend went to pick her up. They accused her of starting the fight when on the camera that i watched all day showed otherwise.I have since then switched to a walker Anything Pawsible. Great company where the owner personally keeps in touch with you. She has no issues with the dogs she plays with both big and little with the playdates we have been to.I would not recommend this place if you have a large puppy.

My dog Archie loves it here. They treat him like family and he is always exhausted when he comes home from playing. The staff is friendly and they are always accommodating. Highly recommend!

I live on Staten Island, paying the toll and traveling a little farther is worth the care they provide. I have piece of mind when I drop off my German Shepard. They are also very accommodating and have taken my pup without prior notice.

Dustys is amazing, I would give 6 stars if I could!! I am so lucky to have a place so close to home I can bring my puppy Pepper to when my boyfriend and I have to work late. She absolutely loves going and doesnt even look back when we drop her off. The employees there are all great and you can tell they actually care about the dogs. It has also turned out to be a wonderful way to socialize my puppy too, she gets along with all different types of dogs and I believe Dustys really helped with that :) I would definitely recommend Dustys to anyone looking to bring their dog for just an few hours or all day!!

Rude - I don’t trust people like that around my dogIn response to your response - she did not apologize- I believe her exact words were “ummmmm she doesn’t work after 2” she did not offer any alternates. Had she apologized or tried to provide other options I wouldn’t have left this review.

I had to leave my pup nephew here for the weekend, and I couldnt of asked for a better home away from home. Frank was professional and polite, and answered any questions or concerns I had. I feel comfortable knowing that if an emergency comes up while Im dog sitting I can leave the little guy in safe hands. Thanks again Dustys Dog House!

We highly recommend Dustys Dog house. We have used their day care services for our dog and will plan to use them for boarding when we travel. The staff is very nice and take great care of our dog while he is there. He comes home exhausted from playing all day and just wants to eat and relax. Im glad he is able to socialize with other dogs and people as well. We are so glad you opened in Bayonne, NJ. Keep up the good work!

We brought my dog in for an evaluation a week prior. Staff determined dog was fine to be boarded here. The day of I drop off my dog and head to the airport for my flight I receive a call to turn around and pick up my dog that she has bit the door. On the phone she sounded nervous and afraid. How do you not ease the dog in to the place when they’re afraid and nervous? Don’t give me an ok to bring my dog and then call me the day i have to leave. Unbelievable.If you’re so experienced with dogs it’d be helpful to provide owners with guidance/ tips on bringing their dog boarding for the first time.

Very nice place to place your dog at. The staff is very nice and cool and they treat dogs like the special creatures they are.

Brought my Pit Bull/American Bull Dog mix there for half day daycare. I was nervous because my dog hasnt been around other dogs since we got him. When I found out that he was very friendly and had a great time. Im very glad that I was able to find Dustys

Such a big fan so far! We adopted a 1 year old boxer mix with SO much energy a week ago... but after a day of playing at Dustys Jameson can barely keep his eyes open! I love that you can check in on your pooch during the day with the webcams. The staff have all been super friendly so far as well.

My Buddy loves Dustys. Gets a good workout and is always safe. None better

This is my Harley Boys escape pad lol. Regardless of weather be it 95 out or -20 Dustys has been there for our pup. Harley loves to go and play with his buddies both large and small. The owner takes the time to know each dog and who they get along best with. He partners up like size and temperament dogs in separate rooms to romp and frolic to their hearts content. Water is always made available to them. Some days my dog runs so much he dose not stop to drink . The entire play sessions are on camera so you can keep an eye on your precious cargo ! By the time I pick Harley up at the end of the day he is completely spent. He runs to the kitchen gulps down some water, then hits the rack for some well deserved sleep lol. Personally Im elated they are in business, it is a well deserved respite for both dog and owner. It may not be cheap but I feel its worth the price to know my dog is well tended to and being on video at all times in the play room places his moms heart at ease. They also offer overnight boarding which we have used on short notice and have never been turned away , so again I say Thank you and Im so happy Bayonne has a place like Dustys.

Brought my dog here 2 times. The 2nd time being today. I was worried because he is a pitbull and very hyper but they took him in anyway which was wonderful.The first time he was great, I watched him the whole time on the cameras, and his exit bath was done alright.However this time I was very disappointed. I watched for him on the cameras ALL day. I called once and was told he was being switched out with other dogs which I figured was because he was hyper. I waited a few hours and still no Max in the playrooms. So I called again and was told he might be in a “Blind spot”. So I waited for the pictures to hit Facebook. Still no max. But I must say his bath was done better this visit. He smells great.I’ve been taking max to daycare since I rescued him while I was stationed in North Carolina.I’ve never had a problem with him anywhere even got to take the dog bus. I’m praying I can find someplace as great as Pawadise.I will be reviewing on Facebook and Yelp as well.

Dustys is our favorite spot to bring our doggo Jameson to get in some running and playtime. We have brought him for boarding and they take excellent care of him! We have also brought him for grooming and he comes back smelling yummy and feels so soft! The staff is super friendly and very attentive to the puppers and my favorite part is the report card we get in email at the end of the day when Jameson spends the day there to let us know who he played with and what he did that day. And, a very cool thing, you can watch the puppers on webcam whenever they are playing in the playrooms!
