I went to this place trusting the situation not knowing that I would just be her little experiment.I had a wisdom tooth that was a real problem for me so I went to a dentist instead of her removing the tooth for 200 bucks she decided I needed a root canal for 1200 bucks.She works on my mouth and Im thinking this is whats supposed to be done little did I know,so the tooth gets infected and had to be removed.Then she turns around and says I didnt pay her and wanted 1200 again.She took the money instead of making sure I was good.NEVER AGAIN!!!

Suzana dental office, the worse dental office i have know so far. The staff is friendly but the doctor is not normal, she just do whatever she wants without asking your permission. I went there for a extraction, the nurse she doesn’t know how to communicate because she doesn’t speak English well, so she let you sit putting some type of thing in your mouth and when you say whats that, that i am here for a extraction then she call the front desk lady to tell me that my mouth need first an vitamin and then i can do the extraction, so waste of time and money, they just want to make money !!! They are not that expensive but really unprofessional!!!! The help first their country people although you make an appointment!!!

The soft tissue management program of the doctor was fabulous. After the procedure was done, my gum swelling and discomfort was completely gone and my teeth were so clean and white that it actually looked better than before.

I showed up without an appointment because my tooth really hurt. They took me right away. The dentist had to pull my wisdom tooth. I never felt a thing. I didnt even realize he pulled it out until he told me. Even the needle to numb me up wasnt as bad as other places. Really great service. I highly recommend them.

Really disappointed! A dental office, where they only know how to make money on you!!! They just do whatever they wanna do, the assistant doesn’t ask for what you are there! She begins her own process. The doctor keep saying this is not good then that, so they can charge you more!!! Unfortunately i waste my time and money there, i am never ever going there again!!!!!

I have been a patient with Suzana dental bayonne for years now .. I recently had an appointment for a tooth feeling the experience was horrible and very painful they gave me anesthesia three times for no reason and she holds my mouth very rough and wide open never giving me a chance to catch my breath or relax she just forces in doing what she has to do. Also she has assistance that don’t understand a word I mean you’re in the US speak some English as well. In my previous appointment I also got a tooth feeling, the appointment was for one but without me knowing she cleaned two tooth and charge me for both routes without me knowing or consulting with me. You make an appointment for an extraction or anything without asking you they start making x-rays because they will charge you for everything but they don’t consult with you at first or while you are there . A tooth extraction does not need any tests but when you go there she starts talking that you have to come back into weeks because you have to get your gum tested, this is not good that is not good I mean why make the appointment just a waste of time. and when you are off the anesthesia you are left with so much pain and she gives your medicine in very high dosage were not necessary. I had stitches done they look very ugly did not even melt they have to do the one with the thread which they pull off after I mean how outdated are they. Just say you have an appointment but when their people are there even when they come after me they help them first and I have to wait hours until I am helped. Even drs reyes can’t speak good English, always something in her mouth you could not understand her. They are cheap but don’t waste your money there!
