As usual this location is horrible go to the one jersey city MUCH BETTER. You can also go to Ulta Benefit Brow really great service. I understand their policy that if you are 5 minutes late you missed your appointment however I wish they informed the policy when I made the appointment for myself and my grandmother. I was 6 min late to the appointment. I have an 84 year old woman who Is coming with me for her appointment as well and I am driving from Hackettstown NJ. Instead of just no we cannot take you ; provide an option that what is next appointment time you can provide. Last time I was here a while ago the lady did a horrible job that she made me bleed on my eyebrow so I thought that maybe I should give them a another chance. If the service on the front desk is horrible I don’t think anyone should have high expectations of what will happen when you go back there. Very disappointed never getting anything done, the only reason I am here now is my grandmother bought their package and she has to use it or she will waste her $800.00 that she spent of the package.****They need to change their policy and if they cannot they need to inform on every appointment regarding their policy which should be mandatory. The Front desk need to have a better approach on how to handle situations if someone missed their appointment how they can help the customer right away. Please stop sounding so dead that you don’t care about the other person, drink some coffee if you’re tired. You are losing money if you keep pushing customers away, please try to show you care and you want those same customers to come and recommend their family and friends to your place.***

Tati was AMAZING 🤩. I had an emergency and she originally booked me 3 weeks away and she got me squeezed instead. And I insisted that I put with the best at Bayonne location. She recommended Anna. She was great ! Not only did she accommodate but she checked in the next day to see how was my service. Talk about SERVICE. This was a great experience.

If I can give negative stars, I would I have been a client for 15 years, was improperly billed, and no one is offering to rectify the situation. And to add insult to injury, I was charged $62 on Saturday 9/25 when I had $59 credit. The manager Rose was unwilling to work with me or give me the contact info of someone who can help. Very disappointed after all these years.Follow up: I received a call from management the following day who rectified my situation. I wish the manager had looked into options before proceeding as she did. However, I am satisfied with the outcome and appreciate the follow through. I will be returning.

Was rescheduled for TODAY August 29th at 3:30pm. I have a whole email confirmation and everything and the door is locked with the lights off and it was only 3:25pm. I called and knocked and even waited 5 more minutes until my scheduled time to realize that NO ONE was coming to the door and it was obviously closed, which is shocking considering that they close at 4PM. It’s ridiculous.

I love the EWC Bayonne location! I am not a Bayonne resident and I drive to Bayonne solely for my waxes!! They are clean, friendly, & professional!! I highly recommend this location.

It felt very bad when a rude lady (probably the owner) wouldnt take me because of the fact that I was seconds (literally) late to the apointment, or perhaps because of other reasons such as being male. A very clear no-go. Distresctpectful and unprofessional.

I was scheduled twice and EWC rescheduled me both time because my waxer isn’t feeling well (which I completely understand) but I’m having surgery Monday and I really needed an early appointment to be able to recover comfortably. The girls at the front desk today at 12:30pm are extremely rude especially since they’re calling me 1 hour before my appointment having the nerve to be So unprofessional and hang up on me twice. They made me feel like asking to be squeezed in was impossible. They didn’t even try and said “it’s not a bathroom break where i can just squeeze you in.” That One was named carol and I’m not sure of the other employees name but looks like others have complained about her too. Extremely extremely rude and it makes me so upset because I’ve been a customer for more than 3 years. It’s really sad to know that such a professional and hard working waxer like Brittani can loose customers because of incompetent front staff. High end waxing service should have exceptional customer service and this was far from it.

I asked to change my appointment to 5 and they wouldn’t let me. And then when I arrived they had me waiting way past my appointment time, which is crazy cause they claimed I couldn’t move my 430 to 5 but that’s what they were basically doing. I could of stayed home and finished working and I even asked for the WiFi so I can at least get some work done. And the front desk agent claimed there was no WiFi like she wasn’t on the internet and I can’t see that the location has two WiFi connections. She could of just said there not allowed to share it if that was the case. I’ve stopped going to EWC a while ago and I was trying to give them another chance but save your money and try an esthetician with their own business, they actually care about you and they actually make sure they get all of the hair. I even have a wax pass and don’t use it anymore just because of how bad EWC has gotten.

I love European wax center Me and my mom been customers for a long time but unfortunately the black women who worked there as a front desk she was rude to us and to all customers , every time we go there we got treated badly by her , last time we spoke to her in nice way we told her we like this center plz be nice to us we are customers don yell at us or any customer Cuzz we saw her yelling at old women too !!!!! she said if you don like my service don come back here ...well not more European wax for us it’s very sad

If I could give Ana 10 stars I would! I started using her because I asked someone about their PERFECT eyebrows and here we are. Not only are her skills amazing, she is friendly and remembers all of her clients. Eyebrows are the least expensive service there , but that doesn’t stop her from doing a wonderful service . Sometimes , you will find someone who will breeze through the service since it is inexpensive, but not Ana. You get off of her table feeling and looking like a million bucks !

I have been coming here for close to 4 years service is ok I used to see Britney she was amazing when it came to legs and Brazilian. But for the last couple of times the person I am being assigned has left patches of hair on my lady parts and on my legs. She suggests to come back in at five week intervals. I dont know if they have changed the formula for the wax but I went from coming monthly to hiding my legs after 2 weeks. European Wax needs to get it together it also its not a good look when there is a high turn over ratio of front staff.

Being personable should be a requirement in addition to skill. Wax is too hot for someone to not take the word of a customer. staff should accommodate customers and if they feel they are unable anotherAesthetician should be sought to conclude services. This is a revisit post. Went on Friday and that was absolutely the most horrific experience ever getting waxed. Not only did the girls behavior change when I properly stated my name which she said incorrectly - It’s in my record I am sensitive. I stated it again she coped a major attitude when I stated the wax was too hot and that she was hurting me with how hard she raked my woman parts with the tongue depressor. Not to mention the amount of hair she left behind and stated she would tweeze off. Making a formal written complaint when I have a moment. Completely disappointed by the worst experience to include my first. I have been a long time customer of this particular location. Not pleased at all!

Brazilian Waxing has to be one of the most uncomfortable things to do. But I was lucky to be put with Jo. She makes me forget that Im laying there getting waxed. I refuse to go to anyone else.... plenty of parking, the girls in the front are nice. Completely recommend this wax center

I have been going to EWC for about 3 years now. My first experience was at a different EWC and it was a horrible experience. My sister had visited first and enjoyed her visit at Bayonne. Upon giving it a try I was greeted with friendly receptionists. They answered and helped with every question. Having a couple of waxers from this place I would have to say the most efficient waxer is Jo! She’s not only fast, efficient, friendly, but makes you completely forget about the pain of the wax. Highly recommend! Wish I had her for my first time experience. If you’re uncomfortable, nervous, or scared I definitely recommend and I bet you’ll feel the opposite when you’re waxing with her! Don’t get Stephanie!!!! Horrible experience!!!!

Very clean place, the ladies at the desk are always friendly and accommodating, the waxers are amazing they talk to you while getting waxed so it distracts you from the service your receiving, oh and parking is never a problem. the ladies always inform you of ways to save every time something new comes up. I highly recommend Ive gone to different waxers they are all great my favorites are Neeka and Jaclyn they always make me laugh and always ask how Im doing and its sincere. Great place I love this location over the Jersey City location.

I have been going to this was center for 3years now. I had a first situation where I had scheduled an appt and when I arrived I was told I dont have an appt. Now if I didnt have an appt why would I just show up. I was really upset since I was unable to resolve that situation. After that i continued to attend until the last and final situation. To me the purpose of having an appt is for you to be seen at that time. So I found it weird that the day of my appt they called me to confirm my appt 30 minutes before. I didnt answer because I was on my way there. So I go there and someone is waiting there. It was like they werent expecting me. So to find out they gave someone else my appt time and I was completely upset because I had to work and took the time I need to make sure I can do both. But that was my final straw with them and will no longer go there. There are certain things that shouldnt be done. I felt unappreciated and just felt uncomfortable. I will not recommend this place. To top it of , they try to convince me to leave my waxer and go to another person.
