Very disappointed in the office staff. I am a medical assistant and as a medical assistant, I know that it is the MAs job to look up patient insurance before they get there. This lady is arguing with me trying to tell me that the person I spoke to to make the appointment asked for it but I didnt have it available..Wrong! I always have my insurance card with me. No one asked for it. Waited months for an appointment for my husband and they couldnt be bothered to look up his insurance..Re scheduled him for a month from now and slammed the glass partition in his face. RUDE..! I WAS going to be a new patient..Ill find another dermatologist with better staff.

I was especially pleased with the attention to details concerning my procedure. The care taken to ensure the area was appropriately deadened before procedure. Appreciated the professionalism by all who were involved.

Dr Ryan is A very knowledgeable Dr. He knew what i should use and how to use it, to clear up problem areas. I Like how he was genuinely concerned as he wanted to see me back in a week for a follow up.I recommend seeing Dr Ryan.

Loved Dr. Myers. Love the new guy, he listened to me and my concerns, took a Mole off for biopsy and helped with skin tabs. Easy peasy. I go in yearly to have them check moles because I work outside. Ooo... And free samples of lotions and stuff at check out.

Out to get your money. The doctor did not consider my sisters history he just wanted to put her on the most aggressive acne treatment that would involve coming in every month. She never had acne, is in her 20s and the bumps on her skin are itchy and flare up like a rash but this doctor just dismissed it as acne and moved on. Barley asked any questions to better understand the situation!!! Awful!

Procedure to remove a cancer spot on my temple went very well, doctors and staff were very helpful and courteous to me and my wife. Thank you.

Very unhappy Dr. Fotopoulos did not remove the mole I went in for to have removed. It has doubled in size and was larger than a pencil eraser and is bleeding and he refused to remove it but chose another one that was so tiny you could hardly see it and the one he removed had no problems. I now have to go to another dermatologist and spend all of that money to have the original one removed that he refused to remove. Even though I was having trouble with a mole and it was huge and bleeding he would not remove it but chose another one instead of honoring my request.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Excellent pricing. Excellent knowledge. Great office. Dr.Myers was very kind and understanding.
