Been trying to get in contact with them and no one ever answers! Should’ve gone to the one in Hauppauge .. they always answer!!

I been here for a long time since the first time I’ve been here they always treated me with respect & they call me fast to ....there is just one fat girl there that is really rude one time I past bay the office to report my lost WIC card & she was there I told her that my card was lost that I needed a new one ...she did give me the new one but she didn’t want to activate it I ask her Can u active it she said NO !!!! Very rude she said U CAN DO IT ...LIKE SAYING YOUR NOT AND IDIOT..but most of the time When I have and appointment is been great 5 stars I say because the other girls are so nice and Kind🌟

After months of not getting my calls answered I went down for them to talk to me as if I was bothering them by setting up my card ( meanwhile that’s their job ). Finally get it and try to get my sons milk and I swipe to find out it was never activated smh. Try to call to fix it, no answer. I hate this place.

This is by far the worst WIC Program center. I called them couple of times but they never picked up my calls or returned them. so I went to the office in person. They were supposed to close at 7:00 p.m. and I got there exactly at 6:30 p.m. However, the girl at the reception said they are closing now and I should call them the next day. She didnt give me her name so I have no other option but to say there was a chubby/fat girl at the reception who didnt want to help and go home early even when they were supposed to close at 7:00 p.m. I told her, I have called couple of times and no one answered thats why I had to come in person. She answered very rudley and said it is a very busy office and someone will call you back. I have called them many times since that day and no one has returned my calls. I dont know how they manage to have this high rating. Please avoid this center and save your time and energy.

I donated several cans of nutramigen (expensive infant formula for babies with milk protein allergy) and diapers and clothing. After I brought everything (boxes) in, I asked for a receipt for tax purposes and they said “we don’t do that. I’ve been here for 25 years and we don’t do that”. What kind of not-for-profit is this??? I even called and left messages after and no one ever responded. I will save my donations for legitimate charitable organizations in the future.
