Cannot stress enough what is being said here. He has awful bedside manner. Does not explain results in any detail. Solely focuses on medicine to treat anything, and offers no other insight into what might be causing your problems, and no other solutions to your condition other than medicine. He and Southside also processed my billing wrong a cost me an $100 more than I was supposed to be charged.

👎my wife saw him for the first time she came out crying.. she has serious medical needs and he was rude and insulting. What kind of Dr does that to any patient....As for his dr skills I couldnt tell ya nor do I care, we will never go back.. as for his staff all very nice especially Donna... they get 5 star..

I have known Dr Harrison since 1997! I have personally worked in the medical field and his bedside manner is impeccable, caring and compassionate, He is top notch! Going for any of these procedures or having a family history of any GI disease is a scary process and Dr Harrison makes you feel like family!

I like Dr. Broomfield and his staff. The doctor knows I have fears and is challenged with anxiety.. He is undergoing and compassionate with my concerns. He was compassionate and understanding when I had to have a scope a few years ago, as I was in panic mode. I gave 4 Stars, as the office visits are usually locked into 15 minutes and at times can feel rushed. Over all, I have and would recommend Dr. Paul Broomfield.

This guy should be working at the DMV because he’s one of the rudest people ever Met...Completely unprofessional and condescending,badmouthing my primarty care doctor and trashing his colleagues in a very megalomaniacal manner. He is miserable little goblin in a lab coat....he should get zero stars and his car keyed!!!!

I was admitted to Southside Hospital and Dr. Broomfield was the treating Gastroenterologist assigned. I wish I could give Dr. Broomfield 0 stars for the way in which he treated me and my visiting family, as well as the lack of professionalism displayed. Dr. Broomfield was extremely condescending to me, refusing to answer my questions about treatment and refusing to respond to the inquiries of my Primary Care Physician. I would caution anyone seeking a Gastroenterologist to look elsewhere.
