Amazing place to workout! The staff are so incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help you as much as they can! Great place to get instructor led fitness and the best part is you never take the same class twice, so it never gets boring! This OTF location is great!

The BEST gym I have ever been to! the coaches and front desk staff are super helpful and knowledgeable, completely changed my fitness routine for the better. I took my first class back in January and never looked back. Highly recommend

Didnt sign up because this is an instructor led fitness place. I do my own thing. The employees are very nice and know what theyre talking about. Looked clean as well as having an ultramodern look to it. If I change my routine Im going over there.

I seriously love coming here! There is such a great staff at the Bay Shore location and I truly look forward to coming to class every day! I already got two of my friends to sign up with me! Highly recommend to anyone who needs a great, motivating way to stay healthy!!
