Wife had her level 2 ultrasound today. What was supposed to be a fun and exciting appointment turned out to be a not so fun experience. Unfortunately the tech Liana was far from personable and helpful. Asked questions throughout the ultrasound that went on deaf ears or ignored. Asked for pictures of variously parts of the anatomy since god forbid I take a picture or video in there and ended up getting 10 pictures of the head. She barely spoke more than 2 sentences for 30 minutes. If you have no choice but to go here, make sure you ask for the tech to be anyone but Liana.

I had a five star experience with the maternal fetal doctor. However, I had a very negative experience with the front desk clerk.The clerk insisted that I did not speak English and that I would have a very difficult time filling out my forms in English. I am a New York State licensed attorney and counselor at law. I speak and write English very well. I do not speak any other languages.While waiting for my appointment I heard the same clerk complaining about those patients who did communicate in Spanish and who have a hard time filling out their paperwork.Additionally, the clerks were instructed not to tell the patients that their partners could not come to the appointments - presumably due to the uptick in Delta cases. In my case, my partner took leave from work and we traveled over 2 hours to see this specialist. Families deserve to be able to make arrangements in advance with all available information. Something is rotten in Denmark at this location, to say the least.

One star for the way they treated my wife. Although the nurse she said was very nice the people at the front desk are miserable and 0 help. It was so bad that they deserve one star. I feel sorry for the good staff here.

I think the woman at the front desk who helped me was Latoya. Just wanted to give her a shoutout for having the absolute most incredible bed side manner. She was so helpful and kind and helped me out with a certain situation. Thank you, Latoya.

I loved every staff member I interacted with at every visit and I felt completely taken care of. Having a high-risk pregnancy, I was definitely nervous and the doctors and dietitian put my mind at ease! Highly recommend this office!

Everyone is amazing and helpful! They are accommodating for busy schedules and there is never a long wait time.

The worst place !! I do not recommend it, I had an appointment for almost 2 months and nobody sent me a reminder and it was 2 appointments in one and I only remembered 1 and when I went they did not attend me even the second appointment. When it wasnt my fault. They think its the only place in New York. 👎👎👎👎👎
