First time visiting this business and I have to say it was worth it. Googled eye doctor and this business was the first listed. Made three appointments without any hassle (person who answered the phone gave the best first impression)!Place was easy to find, arrived early and we were greeted by EVERYONE (I mean EVERYONE). They took care of us right away. My son has never had an exam and he had the most fun! One hour later, we all walked out satisfied with our purchases and our exam results. Even my infant slept the entire time because she knew I was comfortable.This business is really deserving of their 5 star rating!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My parents and I are so great full to have found such a wonderful Optometrist and optical store. Once inside there is a homey feeling. Everyone is so sweet, helpful, knowledgeable and take their time with you. This definitely did not feel like any other doctors office. The staff took extra care of my senior parents helped them pick out beautiful glasses. The staff took the time to explain a little extra on the exam and how my parents would like progressives better then having to switch between 2 separate pairs of glasses. By the way they absolutely LOVE the progressive glasses. You have customers for life. We will be recommending you to all our family and friends.

A wonderful establishment and everything is so clean and neat when you walk in. The staff is very friendly and helpful from start to finish. They make sure you are comfortable during the exam, and the exam itself is a quick, thorough process. The staff even helped me choose the perfect eye glasses. At other places I have been to in the past, I was just told to pick frames off the wall. At Southside, the staff showed the care and attention to find my perfect style and my perfect fit. I love my new glasses, and I am happy with the results. I will be recommending Southside Family Vision to friends and family.

Southside Family Vision is a wonderful place! My daughter needed new glasses and she actually wound up getting four pairs of glasses after going years without having a new pair of glasses. They take most insurances so while I was there with my daughter I decided to get myself glasses because they took my insurance also. Its a family-run business and everyone is so helpful and accommodating. I bought a pair of glasses there other than the ones I got through my insurance as a spare pair at a very reasonable price and when they broke I brought them back today and they found a frame that my lenses fit in after the store was closing and actually gave me the new pair for free!!! I highly highly highly recommend if you need glasses to go to Southside Southside Family Vision!!!

First of all let me say, I am in LOVE with every single staff member at this eye care facility. They go above and beyond to help service the needs of each of their customers. I MEAN ABOVE AND BEYOND. I came in with a bad eye infection and they assisted me better than any other place has! I’ll never go to another place to take care of my eyes. If you don’t come here then I don’t know where your going for eye care and amazing prices.Side note: Book your next appointment here!

Terrible company. Bad customer service, unprofessional, and rude. They tried to overcharge me on the frames I selected. It wasnt until I mentioned that the price was much higher than market retail price that they said they made a mistake and issued a refund on the frames. I made several comments that I wasnt able to see clearly with the new lenses, a lady at the front desk suggested that I should think about wearing contacts and that maybe glasses are not right for me. I was also told while my glasses were being adjusted that any frame would not fit properly because my nose bridge is low. Is it because Im Asian? No one has said that to me before, at any place I used to prescribe glasses. Im really upset at the staffs snide comments and digs. After going back and forth with them for over three months, Im still unable to see clearly. The manager has a bad attitude and was screaming at me over the phone that there was no way that the lenses were made incorrectly and that my concerns are invalid. They are not giving me a refund so Im now stuck with glasses that I cannot use. I was also told that I might have vision problems and should see an eye specialist. I do not recommend going there because of how they operate. Avoid this place at all costs!!!UPDATE: I went to another location and they were able to provide me a better service than I had received at Southside Family Vision. I had to get a special eye exam because of how the manager at Southside Family scared me into thinking I had eye problems. It turns out my vision is normal. What was wrong with the glasses was that the optical centers were off, like I had stated to the manager many times at Southside Family Vision, but she would not take my concerns into consideration. Over the phone, she also mentioned that there was no way she made a mistake on my glasses and stated that I would not be able to fix it anywhere else. Im really shocked at the way they run their business. This was a disgusting and horrible experience and I wouldnt recommend this place at all.UPDATE 2: I have to reply to your post because you still want to justify your horrible behavior and continue to lie that you provided an excellent service. Its amazing how you think its professional and pleasant behavior to yell at me over the phone and blaming my eyesight as to why the glasses didnt work. You never properly measured my optical centers thats why I couldnt see with the glasses.Stay away from this place, they have a no refund policy and will blame you when issues arise instead of trying to figure out what they did wrong in the process of making your glasses. They took $438 from me and never called me again to help me resolve the case at all. I had to go to another location and spend more money to get new frames and lenses. This was the worst experience I have ever had and I do not wish it upon anyone else to receive the service I did. I regret going here wasting money and time and I couldnt even use the glasses after all the hassle.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for an optometrist. Not only are they some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, but the atmosphere of the business is like going to hang out with long time friends. It is clean, fun and the time it takes to check in for an appointment and walk out the door is beyond the quickest I’ve experienced. Their selection of frames are beyond exquisite!

Every time I go to any eye doctor I always say “time to go get robbed.” When I came here that was so not the case. I was shown glasses actually in my price range, not the top designer frames that everywhere else likes to sell me. And I was still given the deal of a lifetime! This is a family owned business with awesome customer service and I will definitely be back every year and I am sending everyone I know here!

Had a wonderful experience. Staff was very helpful. They helped me pick out the perfect sunglasses for my shape face. The set up of the store is extraordinarily accommodating for young children which is a huge bonus when you have two toddlers. I highly recommend this store.

In all my years of wearing glasses ( and that is a lot) and going to different Vision places....by far this was my best experience ever!!!Debbie and her girls Jennifer and Lisa are outstanding in what they do.They know exactly what to pick out for you to give you an updated look. Dr. Koopman is so accommodating (working on a Sunday, come on thats awesome) and listens to your needs.The whole family atmosphere is so refreshing. They are amazing and cannot thank them ALL enough for our VIP treatment. Felt like walking in to your families living room!!! Love you all!!!

Everyone was so nice here. They gave me a pair of reading glasses without even seeing me. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who needs eye glasses and an exam. I didnt have to wait. They took me right in.

AMAZING! I didnt know where to go to get my nieces eyes checked and new glasses. I took a chance on Southside Family Vision. And like family they take you in and treat you with love & kindness.Without insurance they worked with me and my niece a teenager is ecstatic.
