Worst hospital ever. Nurses are so nasty especially on the 3rd floor. They favor patients if a lighter skin tone if you get my drift. They lose your personal belongings all the time. They take forever to tend to you because they are busy gossiping. Their care is horrible go to good sam much better care there.

Let’s see how long NOREEN will leave me on HOLD instead of giving me the right assistance

All staff was really very kind and helpful. Entry was quick. I waited about 15 mins then was triaged and saw a dr within 15 mins. First tests and blood work occurred within the next hour. Care became slower in the evening waiting for the last test and total visit was 7 hours but at least a pleasant experience.

My husband received excellent medical care. However, they did NOT give him a Covid test. They do not give Covid tests in the ER unless the patient asks for it. Since I was not able to accompany him into the hospital, I could not advocate for him. Sadly, I have to assume that the man he was in a holding room with was not asked to be tested since he was so ill he was on oxygen. We will wait and see.
