I had to call multiple times because whoever was answering the phone just kept hanging up immediately after picking up the phone. When she finally decided to speak before hanging up she answered by saying hello with an attitude as if I was bothering her. I asked her a question about the covid testing and she was un educated on how to answer it so she put me on hold for 3 minutes and then dropped the call... HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Ive been here 3 times trying to get seen. Ive waiting up to 2 hrs! Last visit some guys walks infront of me when I had an appointment saying he needs something for anxiety. I waited an hr and a half. He comes in for 2 secs and gives me a rapid test doesnt call me with results. I call the next day and then they act like I dont even matter! I feel extremely disrespected. This is the last time I will be coming here. No way! They dont deserve to be paid! Garbage.

First of all when you call get ready to be placed on hold for a very, very long time. Staff seems incompetent - was told even before I could see the NP needed a covid test which wasn’t even the reason why I was coming to see them. Girl who took my covid test told me doctor would send prescription to my pharmacy - lied! Never again stay clear from this place don’t seem to know what the heck they are doing

I am very happy with the excellent service I have experienced with care Med! The staff is very helpful and prompt with call backs. I feel confident with the caring and kind doctors there. Especially Dr. Bollhofer whom I’ve been with for 12 years! Thank you!

The girl in the first desk named Nairobi was very disrespectful which made me think it was because I’m Spanish. I had my regular visit and she told me that my insurance along with my personal info wasn’t updated for over a year when that wasn’t correct since I went to the office about 6 months ago. But, she didn’t want to look any further and mistreated me. The worst part is that she started sharing my information and the situation with all her coworkers along with the nurses and doctors while I was filling out all the papers. I’ve been going to that office for over 14 years and I had never had any issues with anyone until this day. I love my doctor and that will be the only reason why I will keep coming, but Nairobi from the front desk, was so problematic and doesn’t know how to treat clients and that’s very unfortunate.

I called this morning, around 9:40am, requesting a refill of a medication. I spoke to an employee by the name of Destiny, who said they were busy and wouldn’t be able to refill the medication until tomorrow. Mind you, I have had refills ordered from this facility before, and the whole process took less than 45 minutes. After I pushed back, Destiny, said that she would try and get this request, for refill, to the Doctor, by the end of the day. She said, she would call me to apprise me either way. Hitherto, I have heard nothing. When choosing a medical facility one of my key indicators is responsiveness. The way I was treated today by Destiny was the antithesis of responsiveness. Based on my favorable experiences with this facility in the past, I expect better. I look forward to this situation being rectified expeditiously.

Dr. Bollhofer and his staff are always professional and welcoming. Whether its a pre-planned appointment or not, the care and time they give makes me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. I highly recommend Dr. Bollhofer and the staff at CareMed Primary.
