This was my first visit to Hand and Stone and I was very pleased with the experience. The atmosphere is very serene, the staff very friendly and professional. My esthetician, Lanie, did a wonderful job with my facial - I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Today I got my very first facial done and I have problematic skin so I was very nervous. Jainey was amazing!! She made me feel super comfortable and never said one negative thing about the condition of my skin which put me at ease. My skin is soooo clean and glowing! Definitely will be coming back for another facial and bringing my boyfriend so he can get one too. Great for nervous first timers lol💛💛💛

I’ve never been more disappointed this a massage. She has no idea what she was doing. Didn’t hit half of my body.I told the people at the front desk and they didn’t seem to care, won’t be back

Clean place and friendly staff. I filled out the forms online before my appointment and was taken in as soon as they opened. Erica did a great job getting rid of the tightness between my shoulders and middle of my back. Ill definitely be coming back.

Do not sign up for their membership. They will take your money. Ive been trying to cancel since march 2021. I have a signed termination form from the manager and they are still charging me every month.

This review would be 5 stars if my checkout process had gone smoothly. Debbie gave me an amazing 50 minute massage. I was so relaxed and peaceful afterwards, but there were some sort of issues with the gift card I was using, so I stood at the front desk for about 10 minutes while the girl behind the counter figured it out. Really took away from the experience.

My massage therapist Maria did an amazing job targeting my highly tensed areas. I also like that we were able to have conversation allowing me to vent which was a stress reliever. Thank you! I highly recommend this location and their services

Honestly I’m known for having perfect skin. After getting a facial from a specific esthetician it is dry brittle and cracked. I have black skin so I think moving forward I will stick with a black esthetician. My current esthetician said my face was oily and stripped all the natural oils I had out my face to the point where now I have eczema and hyperpigmentation. I am not too upset because it’s temporary but now I will be going to a dermatologist to fix the problem and and never going back. Thanks for the lesson.

Great place, clean, employees are professonal and friendly. The reason why I only gave 4 stars was the sign at the front desk regarding tipping. I was planning on giving a $20 tip for my massage only to see that $20 was for a good massage... $30 for a great massage and $50 for the best. My tech was the best but $50 seems a bit much for a $69 massage.

Booked my first appointment. The website asks me to come 15 mins earlier. I rush to be on time. I get to the place to be told that the person who is supposed to take care of my facial is not coming in on time. I am asked to wait just to be told that she is not coming at all. I wasted my time for no reason. I had high expectations about this place because my friend recommended it to me. Disappointing.

I had the pleasure of Erica servicing my massage therapy needs and highly recommend her. Unlike many massage therapists Ive experienced, Erica paid attention to my requests of target areas and worked out the knots. She was firm and assertive while working out the knots and gentle when not working on target areas. The spa itself was very clean and well organized. If I had one complaint it would be the front desk staff upselling their services. It rubbed me the wrong way!

Professional and peaceful atmosphere. I had a Deep Tissue Massage and Erica focused on my trouble areas. I also enjoyed a hand treatment that left my hands feeling great. Highly recommend. Ill be having monthly appointments!

I had my first massage at this location. The staff is pleasant and informative. I was seen at the exact time of my appointment. My massage therapist was Renae. She was extremely knowledgeable and worked on all my problematic areas. I signed up for a membership immediately after my massage! I left feeling like a new person. Great experience! I would definitely recommend this location.

Went for a prenatal massage with Erica. Everything was great! Room was clean and relaxing. I felt really good when I left and cant wait to go back again!

Massage was good, but when you pay for a very expensive hour you expect a full hour. The massage came in at a total of 45 minutes. Missing out on 25% of the duration is aggravating.

This is the first time I have ever left a google review; thats how much I love this spa. One of the best places to get a facial. Relaxing, spotlessly clean atmosphere and estheticians that are extremely knowledgable. Very healing place!! I will definitely be back!!

I had a tummy tuck operation just 3 weeks ago and I came here to do a lymphatic massage! I had a woman named Maria and she was Absolutley fantastic.. she was patient and gentle with me. Please ask for Maria for your massages! Very well experienced

I had an amazing one hour facial. The woman did such a fabulous job with a pumpkin spice mask. It smelled wonderful. She did a mini massage as well with it. I also had a one hour massage. I felt like the massage was rushed and that it was definitely less than an hour. Probably only 40 mins AT MOST!!! She was very good but i felt she just wantes it to be over while the estitician was really taking her time. I do recommend them though

Ask them to remove the fan from the room, it’s loud and freezing cold. Other than that the stafff there is super kind.

The environment is welcoming, serene & very clean.I’ve also enjoyed facials. I suffer from Rosacea &They have a specific facial that kept my skin calm & no breakout!!My favorite Massage Therapists are:Patrina & Hasheem. Although equally great they areVery different. So depending on what type of massage I want I try to use either one of them.Give Bayshore Hand & Spa a try you won’t be disappointed.Deb Miller

Bay Shore is fantastic, Ive become a member. I have had facials and massages. Everyone is very skilled and receptive. The rooms are spotless. The decor is soothing. The shopping center has plenty of parking and easy to get to.Back again this past weekend. Fantastic! Had Je taime for a hot stone massage and Portia for a facial. both were great and knowledgeable.

Brenda was Horrible! I had a facial done together with 2 other family member on Monday at the same time. Brenda was rough, her hand smelled awful and she handled me like she was angry to serve me. I am never visiting here again. Oh and my facial with extractions....let just say she was tugging my skin extracting nothing.
