Wow. This place did such a horrible job on my fiancé’s hair. I attached a photo of what she asked them to do and a photo of what they actually did. It looks nothing like it. She wanted color added only towards the end of her hair. The girl there colored her entire head. She wanted layers, she got no layers. The cut was off and is uneven. And all this on thanksgiving eve, before she goes to dinner with my family. They are very inexperienced there and have no clue what they are doing.

Ive literally followed Elizabeth from the time I was 6 to now being 27, shes the best one in this shop! Shes so patient with me and my sons, never mind the fact shes an amazing hair stylist. These 5 stars are for her. If you go in ask for Elizabeth shes amazing!

Great salon and its not just for women if you need a good fade like I do go see Annette shes the best. Been going to her for years.

Recently had my hair done by Elizabeth....she is the only one I want doing my hair. Every time I leave my hair is healthy, shiny, and soft. She completely changed my hair from the time I started. If you have damaged hair she is the one to see to make it better and healthy again! I highly recommend this salon!!

I told her to keep it long and she chopped off half of it now my hair is short. i just wanted a trim not for that much to be cut off

The girls here are amazing! So sweet and patient, love that yoj can just walk in without an appointment. I totally recommend Madison she does an incredible job. Everyone is great thou Id recommend them everytime.

New owners very very high priced - place is a mess walls tables .new owners think they are high end salon they are not . Elizabeth is the only hair dresser i would ever use there.she is a great hairdresser. but not for there new very high prices. also the 2 new owners are very rude - the young one is very rude. will never go there again also when you get highlighting do not get a trim if you get a very small trim they add 35.00 to your bill . usually salons do not charge for that with highlighting - so a touch up high lighting and a very light trim plus tip bring 200.00 with you that want it cost me . for 9 years it was 100.00 plus tip

Years ago, I got my hair done by someone named Yury or Yuvy. Loved it. I dont go to weddings often. I called just now to ask if she still works there so I can get my hair done for an upcoming wedding. The receptionist didnt know and handed the phone to Ashley. Her immediate response was Yea she used to own the salon and shes the one who ran away and stole all the money. I responded, well thats one way to say she doesnt work here. And maybe, how can I help or what do u need so that we can schedule w someone else?So unprofessional. I dont care about business drama. I dont know the woman personally. I wouldve made an appt regardless bc I live close. Be professional please.

This place destroyed my friend’a hair. They do not know what they’re doing over there. Gave her the wrong color, colored her whole hair when she asked for something else. Just a mess!

The reason why I rated this place 5 stars is because of Ayesha! She is absolutely amazing and gives good and realistic advice on what to do with your hair. Only person I trust.

Terrible! I was in the mall and decided to get a quick trim. I used to go to the salon over the last few years once in a while. It definitely looks like its a different staff!!! I asked the receptionist if I could come in for a trim.They didnt have a long line of people waiting just one gentleman. Most of the stylists chairs were being occupied. I simply asked how long it would take for the wait on a trim and receptionist looked as if she couldnt be bothered. she told me she didnt know what the wait time was and that all the chairs were pretty much full. I asked if she could inquire with the stylists to get a general wait time on how long the wait would be and she didnt bother. What kind of customer service is that? I thought it would just be simple courtesy to inquire for a customer. I thought that was pretty disrespectful. I asked the receptionist could it be 15 minutes or an hour? Right then she just told me yeah maybe an hour I dont know, why dont you come back another time? What a way to drive away your clients and money. I never received a response like this ever in the past as a walk-in. Very rarely would I ever call to make an appointment and even if the salon was busy they always made accommodations. Clearly a different staff. During the discussion as I was looking around I did notice that this place was dirty. Not the same. At that point I just left knowing that there are cleaner more professional sanitary Salons to go to and Ill never be back. For a salon to be a good one Im looking for cleanliness professionalism and integrity. I didnt find it here. Sorry to leave such a bad review but I was appalled by that the fact that I was being turned away. With past visits Ive never had any problems. I was completely turned off.

This place is Absolutely fantastic. When I went in they recommended Madison and I hadnt gotten my hair cut in years because of a past salon that completely destroyed it in Bay Shore. Not going to lie I was super nervous about getting my hair done but Madison went ABOVE and BEYOND. She fixed my hair which was uneven by 5-6 inches, fixed my angle which looked like a staircase and my layers. I feel like a new person now that I can wear my hair out of a bun so I dont have to hide how it looks. Seriously she does the best haircuts Ive had and Ive got long curly thick hair. Ive been seeing her for a year now and wouldnt go anywhere else. From showing me the right products to help my hair, to giving advice on how to style it, and how to get it to be healthy and long again. Shes an angel 100/10!

Madison has done my hair for a while now. Im very picky and Im considered a high maitnance client. I get nervous when someone new is doing my hair. Ive had so many experiences going to high end salons and showing pictures or describing what I wanted done to my hair. The results were never what I wanted. With Madison I just clicked, I was not nervous at all. I have a lot of hair and she took her time to color and blow dry my hair. It was the best my hair has looked in years and was exactly what I wNted. I will never take the chance of going anywhere else. Shes is my hair guru and stylist soulmate.

Unprofessional staff. Front desk girl desk gave me an appointment made me wait when i got there then tells me theres no one to cut my sons hair.

I started going about 2 years ago, a friend suggested Julie Tuorto, I am so HAPPY , She is an Awesome Hair Stylist , she cuts my Messy Mop into perfect Layer,then styles it so I look beautiful & sophisticated :DThe rest of the Staff are also a pleasure to deal with they are helpful & kind, the shop is clean & bright,and very modern looking all while making you feel comfortable & cozy , and their prices are Extremely Reasonable considering the level of service they provide is very High Quality! The Salon is located in as us Old time residents of the area call the Bayshore Mall, now know as the Westfield mall on sunrise Hwy, go in the back by lord & taylor entrance to get great parking , walk in make a right and Get a Great Hair style !I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ALL ,Men,Woman, and Children :D

The service was horrible I had to wait an hour to get my haircut and then to find out that some of the girls were complaining about being paid off the books I wasnt too happy about that somebody should call the Department of Labor
