They are horrible. They dont have respect or manners. You go in there the guy at the desk which i think is the owner as well he doesnt even greet me at all, one of the man stylist actually greeted me instead while he was doing a client, mind you that i was both next to the man stylist and the owner/guy at the front desk. When the man stylist greeted me thats when the owner/guy at the front desk asked what i wanted and all i wanted was my eyebrows done. i followed him to the back and he asked the woman who supposedly does eyebrows now if she can do it she said no in an unpleasant way. the salon wasnt even that busy but yes most stylist had a client they were working on but there was one stylist who had no one and was looking straight at me when i went to the back with the owner/guy at the front desk she didnt even consider in doing it. So the owner/guy at the front desk said there was no one to do my eyebrows. I just walked out. He didnt even say sorry till he saw me just walk out. The vibe there is so unpleasant and awkward. They suck there. This wasnt the only bad experience I had. There was once before this. I got a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE haircut. It was uneven and all i wanted was just a bob cut. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Honestly I dont.

They are unprofessional. They seem to just do whatever they want however they want. I got color, haircut and blowout. With the color the colorist applied it . After we were done with color she was cutting my hair like whatever not even paying attention to what she was doing. She was hurting me throughout the whole time of the haircut and blowout. She didn’t cut my hair even either the usual they blow it out so you won’t see how bad the haircut was till later when you wash your hair and see how it really is. I would never go back. With the blowout she was burning my scalp left and right. She didn’t even look like she wanted to do my hair. If she didn’t want to then she didn’t have to and I could’ve went somewhere better. I don’t recommend this place to anyone

My sister called last week to make a hair appointment for prom and the lady agreed on coming in at 9am to style her...she was waiting outside until 9:45...ended up going elsewhere. Thankfully the other salon was able to squeeze her in!! So unreliable

I showed trini a picture for what I wanted and it was light brown highlights and she left my hair like a grey and brown and said it was suppose to look like that $140 of my hard work money to not even get close of what I wanted I’m really disappointed and never going back she acts that she knows everything . I was there for 4 hours while she went to go do people’s hair that just got there when I was just sitting there for 30 min with my hair wet for no reason literally so mad about this.

I went to cut the ends of my hair and they cut all my hair and apart from that they did not offer me an apology for my great loss and they charged me, there are thousands of salons, find out well before going to this shitty salon, they deserved that The police will call them but first God in the name of Jesus they will find someone to put them in their place apart that they do a bad job they charge with so much impudence, first God grow my hair fast and those rats pay what they made me cut off all my hair😏

Today was my first time there and I loved it, Leydi took into account what I wanted and I was super happy and my hair looks very healthy. And his assistant also very kind. I recommend it and I will surely return, they also use masks and disinfect the chair. Super thanks Leydi and her assistant.
