I went for some lower back and hip problems after having surgery on a slipped disc last year. I was lucky enough to get Kelly as my physical therapist and she was amazing! She was always super friendly and encouraging, and knew how to push me when I needed it and tell me to rest when I needed that as well. I ended up doing 6 weeks twice a week and I’ve now “graduated” but still have to do my exercises on my own. My last day was bittersweet because I honestly always enjoyed coming in and seeing everyone because they were all so nice and friendly. But I got to take a photo in a graduation cap with Kelly on my last day and it felt really special!10/10 recommend 😁

Ive always hated having to go for physical therapy after surgeries but, I never had it at Paramount Rehab before. They are wonderful! They really experts at what they do and are always conscious of the patients needs and abilities and progress. They set safe do-able goals and are very encouraging. Also its a very clean and pleasant environment. I highly recommend this facility and their staff!!!

Paramount Rehab is a very nice place. They take care to make sure that everything is cleaned and wiped down. My therapist Kelly is great, I really like her and her personality is great. She cares about me getting better and listens to everything I tell her about where my pain is at. Very empathetic and kind. So glad I was sent here for therapy, thank you Kelly!!!

After my second shoulder surgery I definitely wanted to come to Paramount Rehab for my PT. I was also able to request the therapist I had with my first surgery, Kelly Erdody. She got me back to doing the things I did before my injury. Kelly was personable and knew my limits. Ashley was great at assessing what I needed to do in therapy. In Kellys absence Hollie stepped in and was great as well. All the staff were professional and friendly. Their equipment and Covid hygiene were excellent. Thanks to all.

I had Cori and Megan and they did a fantastic job. I regained mobility and function in my hand. They both made the time go by fast and kept the OT interesting.

Samantha, Jennifer, Hollie, and Karin are all great therapist to work with. They all are very knowledgeable about my conditions. The only thing I would change about the atmosphere at Paramount is the Front desk is not as happy and friendly as they once were when I first started therapy.

I have been going to Paramount for 3 weeks now, after 2nd week I had no more pain, exercises and tlc from staff has been very helpful. Kassie and Kelly have been wonderful. Always a hello, how are you doing, facility is clean, prompt with appointments and friendly. Megan has been working with me after right shoulder surgery over the past 3 months. She is very attentive to detail, knowledgeable and caring. My shoulder’s been strengthened, and I’ve achieved about 99% range of motion through Megan’s care. I highly recommend Paramount. The entire staff is very friendly & professional!

Sheri and Megan did a wonderful job with the therapy I received after a surgery on my hand. Along with the front desk, they were very accommodating with scheduling/safety issues due to COVID. I was there a few times a week for several months and left feeling more like old friends. Kelly, one of the other therapists there, would even make sure to say hello. They were all friendly and welcoming there. My hand feels great!

This is my first experience with Paramount Rehab. From my first evaluation with Ashley to my first introductory session with Emily and finally to my regular visits with Scott this facility has proven to be clean, friendly, and knowledgeable. Scott in particular has shown great patience with my regular scheduled appointments and encourages me to push myself as needed. He is knowledgeable on all aspects of my rehab and has offered constructive suggestion to further my recovery at home on my own. The entire experience to this point has surpassed my expatiations.

Super friendly staff! I’ve been to a few places for physical therapy and this place is by far the cleanest and most friendly. I’m currently doing aqua therapy and Scott has been awesome! Super knowledgeable and very sympathetic to each persons issues. If I am ever in a situation again where I’m in need of physical therapy paramount will be my 1st choice!

I have received therapy services for my shoulders from multiple places but never saw much progress until I started my journey at Paramount Rehab. My shoulders have improved significantly!! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. You dont feel like a patient at Paramount, you feel like family. All the staff members will know you by name and truly care deeply about your concerns and progress. I recommend Paramount to all my family and friends for their therapy needs.

I have been going to Paramount Rehabilitation Services for two weeks. The service has been phenomenal and my rehabilitation therapist, Kelly Erdody, has been fantastic. I have made great progress in range of motion and my pain has subsided. All of the staff at Paramount that I have come into contact has been great. Luke, another therapist had been very helpful as well.

This was my first experience with any type of physical therapy. Due to a fall, my hand experienced severe trauma. My visits to Paramount tremendously helped me get back my Life! Appointments were scheduled around my other appointments and work.... the crew was very accommodating and were always giving me support and encouragement. A “big shout out” to Sheri K. who showed me “tough love” these several months and was a big influence in driving me to success! I just love Paramount Rehabilitation in Bay City. This is the 2nd year I had to use them for my right knee (only this time was post partial knee replacement surgery). The staff here are great, always with a smile. My therapist, Emily Buchanan, is always willing to use laughter and conversation to keep my mind off the pain in my knee while doing the exercises. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs PT.

My 2 year old son is a current patient receiving speech and occupational therapy. He also had Phsycial therapy earlier this year. Everyone is extremely helpful and kind and they truly care about their patients. Darlene and Lauren are so patient with my son and celebrate every achievement he makes just as if it was their own child doing it. He loves going to therapy and enjoys his time there. I feel so comfortable going there and it makes me happy to see my son making progress and having fun doing it.

This is my second time with Paramount Rehab services in Standish. I couldn’t ask for more accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Luke and Sunil are both amazing to work with. I highly recommend this facility.

Paramount is a wonderful place to do therapy. This is my 2nd round of pt and everyone who works here are very friendly, informative, and motivated too help you suceed!

My child had been going there for almost 2 years. Was told back in July they needed to cancel all appointments to figure out therapist schedules with school possibly starting back up. Since the his spot that he had for almost 2 years was filled and now unable to go back there unless it is late at night. Every time they were called to figure something out there was someone new to talk with and every time they all said we will get out figured out. Several days go by with no call back even after being told we will or the office manager would call you on this specific day. Poor staff in front office and scheduling who promise to fix their mistake only to be lied to several times with no reasonable resolve. I suggest going some where else.

Great place to learn to move again. Meagan is a top notch Physical Therapist. She cares about her clients. Will put all her time in your visit. Highly recommend them. A+++ staff & atmosphere.

Paramount has a clean, welcoming environment. The atmosphere is friendly and professional. The patients seem confident going about their routines with their therapists right there to guide them. My primary therapist is Kelly. Kelly explains each exercise thoroughly with examples of every day movements to help you remember the motions that your particular exercise involves. She will tell you that you can when you think you cant... and shes always right! She is knowledgeable and supportive. Karin and Scott were also very helpful in guiding me through my program. Paramount is a happy place with lots of healing activity!

They know what they are doing!! I had to go for two separate reasons, Foot PT and hand OT. Imagine trying to schedule 2 appointments back to back twice a week for 6 weeks. Difficult but they did it. Britney at the front desk is so accommodating. My foot PT’s, Scott, Emily,Samantha and Luke are all amazing. One as good as the other. I have multiple because I can’t come at the same time every week. They take the time to answer my questions, over and over again. My progress is great. My hand OT’s, Sherry and Megan are fantastic, adding on new things as I progress. Very knowledgeable. Most of all the atmosphere of a Paramount is collaborative- they are like family, very supportive of each other and fun. I’m so glad I found them. Highly recommend!!!Ps. This is being written during Covid. They are super safe. Your temperature is taken and you fill out a Covid questionnaire. Everyone wears a mask and they wipe down everything after every use.

I came into Paramount with an injured shoulder. I was unable toGolf this summer and do yard work. Been going for physical therapy now for a couple of weeks and see a significant improvement. Therapists are terrific and I am so pleased with the outcome. I am so happy that I chose Paramount and feeling way better.

I had a total left knee replacement Monday, 10/21/2019. My Surgeon specifically sent me to Paramount for rehab starting on the Thursday after surgery . I saw the surgeon yesterday and thanked him for suggesting Paramount. What a fine group of professionals. Primarily Jennifer and Kelly have have been the two therapists Ive worked with. Because of these two therapists, Im way ahead of the game in my recovery. Thank you so much. By the way, this facility is sparkling clean!

I love this place!! :-) I came here after having a surgery to repair tears in my posterior tibial tendon. I was not able to walk at all, and had trouble even putting weight on my foot, with lots of pain and swelling, etc. Now, I can walk pretty close to normal, not much swelling, and and the pain is so much better. I am getting stronger every day, and I thank the Lord, and Paramount Rehabilitation. Everyone here has been so kind and helpful to me. :-) Im getting ready to start physical therapy for my back now, and I am really excited to see how much I will improve with that as well! Thank you so much to all the staff at Paramount Rehabilitation, you guys are GREAT!!!

Ive received Occupational Therapy (from Sherie and Brittany, pre-surgery), and Occupational Therapy (from Megan and Sherie) and Physical Therapy (from Jenny), post-surgery at Paramount, and can say that the Staff have always been very supportive and well informed.During my time with Paramount, I also observed a wide variety of patients, of all ages and infirmities,actively participating in distinct treatment programs tailored to Their individual needs and capacities.A Neurosurgeon referred me to Paramount for Occupational Therapy prior to surgery for spinal cord impingement and I returned for Occupational and Physical Therapy with an open-ended Referral of My own accord following surgery.
