Glenn has given me massages for 10 years. Absolutely fantastic.

I had requested a deep tissue massage. I went in on 7/30/18 and filled out the form stating my problem areas were between my shoulder blades and my neck. When I was called into the room, Glenn again asked me about my problem areas, I again told him verbally and pointed to my neck and between my shoulder blades. Of the 60 minute massage he spent 20-30 minutes on my FEET, maybe 5 minutes on my back, possibly 3 minutes (if that) on my neck and approximately 10 minutes on my knees. He bent my left knee up and pulled on it and I heard & felt a pop in my hip. He then did the same to my right side. I contacted Glenn today via email regarding how my hip hurt so bad I could hardly sleep. (I never had a hip problem until then), how my neck still hurts, how I thought the 20-30 minutes spent on my feet was creepy not to mention his weird breathing while giving my massage, how my knees are very bruised, that he didnt spend any time on my problem areas and that NONE of this visit was deep tissue that I had requested. Glenns response to my email was for his ~new patients deep tissue massage is a step by step process, starting out lightly and working up to deep tissue~. I explained to him thats not what I paid for. At no time during the email exchanges did he offer a refund or accept responsibility.Please decide wisely when choosing a massage therapist.
