Dr Richard Horbal is amazing. He spent a lot of time with me and he is so knowledgeable. I have struggled with allergies my whole life and now Im able to breathe through my nose all day long for the first time in 30 years!

Dr. Richard Horbal is very nice. HOWEVER , I recently took my daughter to him. The ONLY thing i wanted tested was her allergy to milk/lactose. Got a bill for $1,200 !!! Even though I made sure with the office staff that she was only to be tested for that ONE thing. I feel the Dr. takes advantage of patients and I wont ever go back .
