Horrible. Would never use this place again.added a pole barn to my policy and tried to tell me I called and wanted it added, which I never. Had hail damage I called they said get quotes so I did and then told me they never entered it in the computer so I was out of luck. Madevery difficult to cancel my policy and could not cancel flood insurance myself and the flood insurance company they use says they never get the faxes or emails to o.k the cancellation. Id give the a minus 5stars
