My therapist is one of my best friends and i haven’t even met her in person. she helps me so much and i always look forward to our meetings! absolutely love her

This place is an absolute joke! Ive had six sessions and going on three therapists. Their turn over rate is high and their therapists are extremely underpaid. Their schedules are booked so far in advance, youre lucky if you can see a therapist once or twice a month. The therapists dont offer any advice, coping skills, or anything to help your situation. Some therapists cut you off and change the subject in the middle of your story. AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT, THEY WONT EVEN WRITE ESA LETTERS FOR THEIR PATIENTS!!! Listen, if youre looking for real help, go elsewhere. If youre bored and looking for someone to talk to once a month or so, then this is the place for you.

Reception is the worst.

I originally was assuming the bad reviews were people just upset with treatment. However, after a year of treatment I can say that unfortunately, this place isnt the fit for me. It was a mistake to come here.

The turn over rate is tremendously high. Every few months you will be pushed into a new therapist. Many leave under mysterious circumstances. You are. Ot told what you are diagnosed as and their doctor will refuse to meet with you to explain your diagnosis. Why they havent been slapped with medical malpractice by now is surprising to say the leas .

Unprofessional. Seek counseling needs elsewhere and use psychologytoday to screen. Very telling if a provider doesn’t list themselves. Also kept an eye on time and session ended at 30 minute mark. I really hope my insurance wasn’t billed (and me.. cash remaining) for 45 or 60.

They are playing a very dangerous game if you do not show up for one appointment they will not refill your prescriptions very money hungry and not caring about people at all
