My three-year-old put a bead in her ear, and our primary care doctor was unable to get it out. She referred us here, and we saw Dr. Szekely. He was amazing. He was really kind and positive and upbeat, and even with my daughter afraid and crying, he was able to get it out so she didnt have to have surgery. The office staff and the doctor were so wonderful. Im so thankful for them!

What a complete waste of time. Definitely go elsewhere for a specialist. I went here because I have had chronic sinus issues since I was a child and I wanted to get something done to fix them. I saw a nurse practitioner who wouldnt listen to the fact that being placed on prednisone and antibiotics has not fixed my problem in over 20 years thats why I came to see them. She still after hearing me say Ive been placed on those medicines for years without a good outcome tells me that we are gonna try them again and be more hopeful this time they work. What a scam this place is. Definitely look elsewhere for a real specialist that knows what they are doing.

I went here for some ear issues. I waited over an hour in the back patient room for someone to see me. I completed a hearing test that went fine. Some guy doctor came in (not dr barker,) I forgot his name , a medical assistant and a student came in. The guy doctor started talking really fast and was rushing the appointment because the office was closing. There was way to many people in a tiny room and the medical student did say anything and the doctor didnt ask if it was okay for her to be in there. The guy doctor didnt even do a physical exam on my ears and sent me home with allergy medicine. It was a complete waste of my time. I discussed I was having issues with pain and swelling on my right side and ringing in my ears that would come and go. He didnt do anything to check it out the swelling or talk to me about it. I went to another doctor because my experience here did not go well at all. My other ENT was able to give me an appropriate diagnosis and treatment. Now I am feeling a lot better.

Dr. Baker is an excellent doctor. He listens to his patients. He took care of my problem in the office and was incredibly nice. I would recommend him to everyone.

Terrible! Would not recommend. I went to my 4th appointment yesterday in regards to a food allergy and after waiting 45 minutes to see the PA they told us that they did not have my bloodwork faxed over and I would need to make a FIFTH appointment. Absolutely ridiculous!

Dr. Baker took the time to listen to me and answer my questions thoroughly. He is also very caring and even offered to see me in a month for a checkup. I was able to get an appointment soon after getting a referral from my NP.

Would not recommend this practice. High turn around rate for office staff, office manager is running this business into the ground. Treats staff poorly, comparable to a highschool click. If you are not close with the manger or biller you are treated like dirt. Dr. Baker is kind enough, but unfortunately he allows his manager to dictate how the practice is ran. Fraudulent medical billing by their biller. They fired Dr. Candice Colby earlier this year without warning, along with multiple other staff members. Gave them no warning or disciplinary warnings. Overall, do not recommend this practice at all. Plenty of other, and better, ENT offices.

Ive had problems with ear infections for years, going to several doctors with little or no results. I heard about Dr Baker and decided to give him a try. Wow! What a experience! He and his staff were very helpful and compassionate. After treatment, I havent had any issues with my ears since. I am so happy with the results and would gladly recommend him to everyone. He is the best! Thank you Dr Baker!

They diagnosed the problem really quick and were able to take my insurance. The doctors all seemed really nice. It was my first time to this doctor since we moved here. Great all around experience.

One of the best places to go for any sinus, hearing or allergy issue. The staff is caring and compassionate.. I have had one of the most life changing experiences ever with Baker and his staff.. I still am in disbelief. Wonderful place and people!!

I went to this ENT because I heard great things about Dr. Baker. When I got to my appointment, I was told that he was on leave, so I was to see Donna. I’ve suffered from awful allergies and get sinus infections ever 2-3 months. I explained to her my health history, how I get allergy shots every 2-3 weeks and take allergy pills, yet I’m constantly dealing with sinus issues. She decided that she wanted me to do a CT scan to see if she could find out the root cause. After my CT scan, Donna showed me the results and although it showed a deviated septum on the left side, she insisted that it wouldn’t have an impact on the sinus issues I’m having. She chalked it up to me just having really bad allergies, or potentially heartburn?!?!?? And prescribed me nasal spray and asked if I wanted to try the heartburn medication to see if it helped. Why the hell would heartburn cause sinus infections? So even after me explaining that I wanted to understand the root cause so I didn’t have to take medicine everyday, she said there’s really nothing they can do considering the lab results didn’t show any problems.

Heres the short version: I got a nasty summer cold in July. It took me a month to see my doc who said I had an ear infection. Took antibiotics and went to follow up with him Sept 6. The next week he referred me to this place. I was first appointment of the day, sat in the room, and a nurse practitioner came in. She did nothing but put a tuning fork on my forehead and asked me which ear it was louder in. Gave me 10 prednisone pills and said it will get better. After the script ran out, I was still miserable. I called them to get in soon. Heard nothing. Called again. Heard nothing. Called again. Heard nothing. Finally called my doc and got referred to Dr. Kumar in Saginaw. Within a week I had a tube put in my ear and all the fluid out. Baker and his C students made me spend the last half of summer underwater. They are completely horrible and dont give a rats a$$ about your well-being and comfort. Dont waste your hard earned money, nor the money your insurance company spends.

Great staff. The location is easy to find. Very accommodating and well organized. Would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Baker and his staff.

Horrible office staff. Called to inform them I was running a little behind got caught up at work. Was told no problem. Drive all the way there sign in, and sit down. 10 minutes later get called up and told I have to reschedule because I was over 15 minutes late.. if you take off the 10 minutes I sat b4 they called me I was 17 minutes late. Had I been told when I called I could have saved myself the 30 minute drive.. will never go back. When I explained that I had called and informed them I was running late her reply was it wasnt me on the phone some of us value our time!!

Terrible experience mis diagnosis!

We made an appt to get my 2 month old tongue-tie taken care of. Our pediatrician told us that it wasnt a big deal, its just a quick procedure and relatively painless. So we got there and before they even looked at our son they said that he was too old and they would have to wait until hes 6 months old to do the procedure and they would have to use general anesthesia. For 1) if they already knew this why didnt they just call to tell us and set up an appt at that time instead of making us travel all that way with our newborn! 2nd) what they said went against what our pediatrician said so I did some research online and found that age doesnt matter when you have a tongue/lip tie and there is no reason to use general anesthesia. I found there are 3 places in Michigan that specializes in the removal of tongue/lip ties including a place in Shelby township that uses a laser. So we made an appt there and our son got his tongue taken care of. A quick in and out with no issues and NO anesthesia!

Tried to make an appointment and was told i cant pay cash!!!!!! Been referred to them by 3 doctors!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 the receptionist is very unhelpful and the manager is very disrespectful she even hung up the phone!!
