Called to talk to an attorney, got the receptionist, who is I guess their paralegal. She ask me to tell her my case, immediately interrupted me, it’s already hard for me to explain a complex situation. Oh wait she has to answer the phone (They tout they take millions in awards but can’t have dedicated intake paralegals) Leaves me hanging on the phone until it is obvious she is not coming back. I am obviously not their client material.
