Very happy with my son’s doctor. My experiences with nurses and front line staff have been good as well. They have been polite, responsive and accommodating. The office manager has gone above and beyond in her efforts to take care of the our needs and has been very reasonable. We are getting excellent care all around.

Ms.Shakita the nurse is great at helping my sister to stay calm during her visits(especially when it’s time to administer a shot). Ms.Shakita makes sure she keep good care of my siblings visits every time we come.

Ms.shaketta is actually my favorite nurse there because she’s fun.

Horrible and very rude . I love my son’s doctor but the people who answers the phone n front desk is very rude. Especially the black lady .

Today i went to pick up a vaccination record for my Son and the black woman who was at the front desk was rude ,she yelled at my saying Im asking your last name,if they are not happy with their work ,they should quit.

This place deserve zero stars..... walking in there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke....it looked dirty and unclean....mind you this was for my newborn’s first doctor visit...the staff was very rude.....the floors doors and windows were dirty.....I canceled my appt and went else where this looked like something out of the movies something I had never seen before....all I could think of is the germs my new born would be subjected to just being there....

I had the worst experience talking to the rudest Nurse. Please do yourself a favor don’t take your kids there. She didn’t even know how to answer the phone the proper way, and so unprofessional, putting a big deal over a doctor’s excuse. Don’t Nurses call to be Nurse anymore? This place is a joke. Don’t ignore the bad reviews you see on google, save yourself a trip.

Doctors are great, staff not so much especially the office manager! Your front line staff is just as important.

The Doctors are great but the staff is horrible. The office Manager for Dr. Rao is very nasty!! Beware. Don’t miss an appointment due to unforeseen issues or it’ll be the End of the World.

This was our first visit back to this practice since we left over 10 years ago. I left then because the place was gross, the people were incompetent, and it took FOREVER to be seen. But in weighing options for a new pediatrician, I heard good things about this location now (come to find out, the good things were about the other OLOL Peds office in the same building, not this practice). So I made appts for 3 of my kids with Dr. Lemelle. Rep. made 2 appts for 2:00. I tried to get another appt immediately following for a 3rd child, and the nurse kept arguing w me that the dr.s dont see 3 siblings AT THE SAME TIME. I went around & around w her that 2:00 & 2:30 are not AT THE SAME TIME. Its no different than a whole new patient reserving an appointment. Eventually I called back & spoke w someone else & was able to get the 2:30 slot for my 3rd child. I made this appointment about 2 months in advance. About a month ago, I get a call that Dr. Lemelle is not going to be there and I need to reschedule. So I chose a diff dr. We ended up w Dr. Karan. At no point did the office offer the ability to log into mychart to fill out paperwork. So when we got to the appointment 15 min early, I was greeted with 45 pages to fill out (not kidding). Monique called me aside and said he wont see 3 siblings at the same time. So we had the same conversation as before. She said my oldest could sit in waiting room while he saw the younger 2. But that would leave the younger 2 alone when the oldest was being seen?? When I saw another mom go back with 4 KIDS, I spoke up. Why is she allowed to bring her kids with her and Im not? Then all of a sudden it was ok. ALSO while waiting, I heard patients getting called back to see Dr. Lemelle! Why were we canceled and lied to that she wasnt going to be there??? We finally got brought into a room at 3:15 (2pm appt). He took FOREVER to complete the exams and had to keep asking the same questions we had already answered several times. When he finally finished the 1st 2, they sent us back out to the waiting room! After seeing several families go back and the waiting room empty, I asked why we were kept waiting for the 230 appointment (by this time it was 415). Monique said Dr. told her he was going to see everyone else before us!! Why?? My daughter rightfully reserved a scheduled visit at 230! I could only be left with the thought that we are the wrong color for this office. I ended up speaking with the office manager and she seemed concerned and helpful, but even with her help, we still sat in the exam room until nearly 6:00. It was almost 6pm when we left there from our 2pm appointment. To make it worse, the Dr. kept forgetting what labs he said he was going to order for my kids. I am SO disgusted with my experience there.

This is the worst place that I could have ever taken my baby to. My baby was only there for his 4 month shots. I came in for 930 and stayed for over 2 hrs! . I went talk to the recpetionists after waiting for an hr in the lobby, and she went to ask a nurse about it. They didn’t care abt that bcuz we still ended up waiting even after that. I was literally watching other ppl come in after me and get seen before me. I’m pretty sure they didn’t check us in properly and just didn’t wanna tell us that they messed up. Also as far as the so called NP, Mary Beth, goes, she is just not a good fit. I asked simple questions like how to check for infections and such and she told me, “Idk, was he puking or fussy”, and I told her no. So that’s what I was left with as far as how to know something is wrong with my child! He will be seeing a dr from here on out. I’m NEVER coming back!!

I went there with my son and when it was time to talk to the receptionist I felt like I wasn’t wanted there and like they didn’t want to help me. They were really rude towards me. Really bad experience.

I had a bad experience last week at this place. I notified the front desk around 12:16pm that my child grandmother was bringing her to her appointment and that my child was sick with a cold. Now, my child appointment was 1:15pm. The front desk rep named jenny told me that she was going to add it to my baby chart just in case the grandmother had forgot. Grandmother brought my child in her appointment, later called me at work to tell me that the nurse didnt know of my baby being sick. So, I asked to speak with the nurse stating what took place over the phone with Jenny in the office at 12:16pm. The nurse fussing at me trying to tell me what I didnt do and I didnt call. (unprofessional, my child is a patient there.) So at this moment, of us going back and forth on phone, I pick up my cell phone and call the office. Jenny picks up while im on my work phone with the nurse. Jenny confirms our conversation at 12:16pm. Jenny explains it was in the notes and shell go let the nurse know. So, who fault was it??????? Needless to say, my baby appt was at 1:15pm didnt get her shots until two hours later. sad. While she was going back and forth with me fussing, she couldve been taking care of my child. Luckily, I wasnt there. After all, I love my child doctor. Wait time is horrible.

Waited over a hour still waiting in the lobby called everyone else back changing ped ASAP! and calling the customer satisfaction line and telling them how poor it is here!
