I love the staff and nurses. Dr. Becnel is awesome. I have been looking for a doctor in this area for 6 years now and she has taken great of me. I couldnt have asked for a better doctor.

I love my doctor Janet Cook. The office workers are nice & pleasant as well as the guy in radiology and the lab employee...everyone is always nice, pleasant & helpful and I greatly appreciate that. Also my doctor is very thorough, & personable. She asks all the right questions to be able to assess whats the problem. I love her & I love Ochsner!

Clerical Staff is friendly medical staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The process is smooth and doesn’t take very long.

The place was not welcoming . Especially not cleaned what so ever. Yes they are remodeling but you can tell it’s nowhere thats properly sanitized. I only came here bc I was in desperate need of answers due to heart problems. The nurse had little to no knowledge of me (the patient) she made me get into a gown as if I was having An annual. Which I wasn’t. The dr wasn’t friendly.she said she didn’t have time for further testing after my EKG results so she quickly wrote a script and sent me on my way. I work in a very nice medical place unfortunately it’s a obgyn clinic. SHUT THE WHOLE BUILDING DOWN.

I was able to be seen the same day, the staff was very friendly and I was in and out of the office in no time. I was also able to do the pre check health screening online and upload my insurance card online, which saved a lot of time.

During my most recent visit, with multiple appointments, the weather was awful with heavy rain. There was a minor backup with the appointments, but the staff was attentive and smoothed the problems out quickly as they could. The staff is always courteous and concerned about the patients. I very happy with my level of care with the Ochsner system!

Good experience except our temperature should be take while we wait with other patients in waiting area instead of just when we steps behind door to go to doctor area its taken for us to enter doctor waiting room

Staff is awesome!! The weather was inclement and I was running late, the staff called to see if I wanted to reschedule my appointment due to the hazardous driving conditions since the weather was so bad. I informed them that I was just about to make it to the clinic and was told to take my time and drive safely. When I finally arrived, almost 25 minutes late, I was promptly checked in and called to the back for my scheduled visit. Dr Muratore is very thorough and pleasant. I have never encountered a rude employee working at this location. Her nurses are very personable. Keep up the good work, ladies. I also love that its very convenient.

Lisa- (CNA or Nurse) of Nurse Practitioner Andrea Cothern. She is really confusing. I was scheduled on 1/13/2020 to have lab work done. She was walking me out the door without having the labs done. She passed by the Phlebotomist as she waited for me to have labs done. On 1/13/2020 Lisa, once again things didnt sit in with me with her. She called my phone didnt leave a voice message. I called back she was unavailable. I asked that she returned my phone by calling my work number. She did just the opposite. She called my cell phone and left a message as if I had initiated the call. I was a bit confussed. I called and left numerous messages for her to call back. She never did. I had to leave work early and stop by Ochsner Jefferson location to check on my results. All of this to say she stated my results were normal. She couldve said that on my voice mailbox. She lied and said she had called my work and cell phone, which she didnt. Usually Ochsner calls if there is something wrong. Theyll mail results when things are fine. She stated when I arrived to clinic that she had mailed results. This was an inconvenience to me by leaving work, worked up nerves. All because she didnt deliver the proper message or just mail results and call it a day. Im disappointed in Lisa. This was my first time meeting her and hopefully last. I would like to see another nurse whenever I see Andrea Cothern.

Susan McNamara is the most careful caring doctor I I have ever been to .

I was greeted promptly upon entering.The office clerks called me by name, this is always a great touch. I gave my information and took a seat for 2 seconds before being called to the back-office.

The visit went well. I noticed Dr. Guarisco did not sanitize his hands when he came into the room and he didn’t sanitize when he left the room.

I have never been disappointed with anything that I have had over the 20+ years with Ochsner.

Last year, I had strep throat and I was told I couldn’t have the penicillin shot that would expedite my recovery because they were being saved exclusively for pregnant women. Four hours later, I was so sick I couldn’t start the oral antibiotics until three days later. Today, I had similar symptons and I was told that they are still only reserving penicillin shots for pregnant women and that no office in the city would give me one. This is not true. I found a nearby office that was able to give me one. I suggest shopping around.

A+ caregiver put you health in their hands do as they suggest. I did and I am healthier because of that.

I have been with Ochsner Health now Humana for so many years that I can not recall. I would not change it . They are an awesome team .

First of all I went there because of a follow up appt. I had been sick previously, if there are hippa laws to protect privacy, why arent there laws to protect privacy, I had an outstanding balance, so the clerk that waited on me elected to discuss all of my business in front of everyone in the waiting area, and was informed that until I pay the outstanding balance, I couldnt be seen, so at this point I told her to cancel my appt. then she was like we dont want you to cancel, can you pay something on it, at that point, I paid 20.00, then I was told to sit back in the lobby until they call me, very unprofessional, so I have an employer that owes me, 15,000 say if I would go on their job demanding payment, I owed you 157.00 & was forgiven 1200.00, if this employer wouldnt have me in the financial crisis Im in, this bill would have been paid, I work 2 full time jobs and would like Ochsners to know that every human being should be treated with the highest of respect, rich or poor, thats just business, have a room designated to go in an discuss your business, thats not hard at all! Observed my partner waiting 1 hour for a fasting blood draw. Reported as the result of an improper input of the lab order by their staff. (That was also not checked by reception staff at check-in.) Unacceptable service.
