Overall I think this product is worth it. Especially if you go pick them up on Saturdays when the meals are $5. $7 on the normal days maybe stretching it but you can still get them for six if you buy more than I think five or 10 meals the price drops to six on the normal days. I tried a wide range of meals and I like pretty much all of them. The food is well seasoned and its actually really real food not frozen stuff made from powdered eggs and things like that. The only ones I would not get again is probably the breakfast sandwich and the breakfast tacos and the brisket enchiladas. The corn tortillas seem to fall apart They might want to think about doubling those up like most taco trucks do with corn tortillas. The breakfast sandwich itself I just did not care for the bread still none of them were bad they still tasted good. So I definitely recommend this place for pre-porting meals and they are also good for you and clean food. The portions may look small when you are holding the container but all of them turned out to be quite ample and kept me following between meals. The only reason I give them four stars was because of the poor quality of the corn tortillas and also anything that has the word steak in it seems like they used the same exact shredded beef seems kind of lazy They should have at least two different kinds of steak for different types of meals. Also they do not do online ordering or delivery in this area yet so those reasons combined I think them one star

8/20 - This is my 2nd week in this store where I have noticed that the owners are completely ignoring the States mask mandate. For a supposed health conscious store, this is unacceptable. The store is located less than 3 miles away from the largest hospital in Baton Rouge that is overrun by COVID patients. Its one thing to not want to make customers wear a mask, but it is horrible that the employees dont wear a mask either and they have an employee that wants to run in your face as soon as you get in the door to ask if you need help. I have come to shop faithfully on Saturdays for the last 6 months or so, but I will be venturing to other locations to see if they actually honor the mandate and care about the health of their patrons.

Love the store, walk in pick out what you want, call in or order online for larger orders, i havent had a bad meal yet. I eat for numbers and GHMEALS provides clean fuel for me. Meals are always seasoned well, taste amazing, look good, fill you up, fuel your muscles, cant go wrong.

Great taste, only 5$ on Saturday! Usually 7$ but if you buy 5 it 6$. Really can’t beat that price .. better than fast food... I take them for lunch. New favorite place for a quick meal. The food is seasoned well.

As a personal trainer I know the importance of eating healthy and maintain a clean diet. You either have to cook it yourself, eat out and make healthy choices, or find a great meal prep place. I personally enjoy green heart and their meals and their $5 Saturday’s are an absolute blessing! Keep up the great work!

The food is surprisingly much better than it looks, not that it looks bad...it just looks healthy! Ive only had the turkey burger so far, but its very flavorful. Also, the young man that assisted me with my selections yesterday was very helpful and kind. He let me know about some great deals they have on certain days of the week. Will definitely be back.

Great Product and Service. I have had 9 meals so far and this is going to be my go to for most of my meals. The food is healthy, tastes good, and comes in reasonable portions. It isnt for everyone, but for a single person who works a lot, this is a solution to the meal preparation problem.

Man oh man! Rates are cheap and food is absolutely amazing. First time there and def not the last time going. I will NOT be meal prepping for a while now 😂😂😂
