Pure Barre [Baton Rouge] is the best thing I ever did for my physical and mental health! It is an amazing workout, the staff is extremely helpful and professional, and you really feel like you are a part of a special community that cares about helping you meet your personal fitness goals. I have recommended Pure Barre to many friends, and will continue to do so for many years to come.

I am hooked! This is an awesome full body workout for building lean muscles. You focus on one muscle group at a time and burn it out! The classes are upbeat and the instructors are really helpful. They have three different styles of classes which offers a great variety.

The instructors and business management are helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. They go above and beyond to answer questions. Not all barre studios are the same, but Pure Barre actually challenged me and made me break a sweat! Other barre studios have either been boring and not challenging or way too crowded, especially with Covid concerns. At Pure Barre, theres plenty of room and plenty of challenge! I went to one class on a Thursday and another on a Friday with the same instructor, and no two classes are the same! This is the perfect way to keep me coming back!

I live in another state but often visit Baton Rouge where I take classes at the Pure Barre. It has been so wonderful to stop in as an out of towner and be made to feel like Im a class regular there! I especially appreciate the owner of the place. She is so attentive -- it had been a while since I had taken a class and she definitely made me feel so proud of myself for coming back in! Also love the location - feels like a real neighborhood spot instead of some other PBs Ive been to that can seem too corporate.

Literally the first time Ive ever stuck to a workout routine and now Im addicted. I love it, love the hours and environment! So glad I joined!

The owner is only concerned about doing what is “required” and knows nothing about what customer service is. Frankly, she is rude and comes across with a very uppity attitude. With a personality like this, she should hire someone to be the manager - someone that has a friendly personality and can put forth a positive image. I had the displeasure of dealing with her when trying to redeem an expired groupon. She offered nothing other than what was required, which was to offer the value towards a class package after I had explained that I lived out of town and could not make it to any class with traffic - hence the expired groupon. She could’ve offered any sort of percentage towards merchandise (and I would’ve spent more money), but instead offered $55 towards MORE CLASSES! I’m not sure if she is greedy or stupid. Regardless, I am disappointed that I cannot rate less than one star… and I am VERY thankful I didn’t buy the $99 groupon!
