Dr. Muhumuza and Mrs. Harris are a great team. They truly care about their patients and have helped to put me at ease in managing my Crohns. If they sense any type of flare up or inflammation, they act promptly in getting labs and/or scopes done.

I love Dr Muhumuza and Ms.Harris. They are wonderful. They explain everything to you before they do anything and while theyre doing it. But as far as the staff goes they are rude!

He is a good Dr but his office staff is incredibly rude. He has been given this feedback before but nothing changes. You will wait on hold for over 30 minutes on the phone to try and make an office appointment. The staff loves to laugh and gossip loudly about their lives, yet treat the patients as they dont exist and the patient time isnt valuable. I wish he would fix his office staff problem.

Dr. Muhumuza displays true concern and care for his patients. He explains every detail of your office / procedure. I just love his bedside manner. Hes staff exhibits his personality. A great person and hes my doctor.

Hes a great doctor but he needs a new office staff! You dont see him in the office and it needs professional people because Tessa(whatever her name is) is RUDE and NASTY!

Explains everything down to the last step. If you dont understand or still a little antsy ,he will reasssure you with another explanation that you can grasp. My disabled daughter loves him and his staff and that can be a challenge finding somone shes comfortable with. He is now my Dr also. Matter of fact I need an appointment now😁

Im the sister of a Patient and Im always with her at her visits. Shes been a patient of dr. Muhumuza for 5 years. Hes a great doctor hes caring and has the best bedside manner but His office Manager Trellis is the worst! Shes very rude, loud, and doesnt care what she says to you. This is at every visit. It seems like he cant keep staff because everytime we go there one is gone and another new. She sings the whole time, she acts as if shes the doctor. Maybe shes the problem!!

He is a great doctor. I had no problems with him

You wont have to ask any questions because he explains everything theorly, really takes care of his patients.
