I am very satisfied with Dr. Kawji!!He is knowledgable & has helped in finding correct amount of Thyroid meds for me!!!

Dr.Kawji is very thorough and helpful. He and his staff are caring and prompt. Overall, a great doctor!

He a good Dr. Help me with my Diabetes a lot

Well, actually - my husband never got IN for the first visit. After waiting 45 minutes past his appt time he finally got up and told the receptionist/appt scheduler ??? he wouldnt wait any longer. She didnt apologize or seem concerned at all. She told my husband IF HE HAD ASKED she would have told him they were running behind. Why should he have had to ask? My husbands time is just as valuable as anyone else and I thought it was rude and unprofessional for Dr Kawji Haythams office staff to schedule appts in such a way that they would inavoidably run behind. That is poor scheduling. I called Dr Kawji Haythams office to complain and was told by Dr Kawji Haythams office staff that all new patient visits last approx one hour and if my husband had asked (and how would he know to do that - why should he?) they would have told him that. I told her that if all new patient visits last an hour they shouldnt schedule appts for every 15 min. Her attitude was - that is just the way it is - and if we wanted to be seen on time we could schedule a visit first thing or at 1:00. Dr Kawji Haytham may be an excellent Dr. If you have hours to wait for an appt and then be seen then maybe he is the doctor for you. If not - look elsewhere.

DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR, but I didnt have a choice!!! Absolutely disgusted at his lack of respect for his patients time!!! I never wait any less than an HR and 15 min for my scheduled appointments!!!! I will be finding a new DR!!!! This is unacceptable!!!!!
