The staff have always been pleasant and make the process easy, however my daughter got braces put on in April and they have only been tightened once. The appointment prior to the last was cancelled because they forgot the orthodontist was on vacation and the newest cancelled because their computer system is down. Her braces have been on for 6 months now with only one appointment inbetween to tighten. In June she had a chain surgically put in and hasnt even had the appointment to attach it to her braces! She is going to have these on for years at this point. Not a happy camper.

I’ve had a few bad experiences here and after the last time.. I’m taking my business somewhere else. They mistreated my daughter and were very rough on her and also sealed two of her baby teeth together. We can no longer get floss between them. I’m not the only mother who has had this issue. I would not bringing a child here as they just don’t know how to handle them. Zero patience and rude. Children get scared.. they should show compassion.

Me and my daughter had the worst experience here on July 29th 2021. Both our hygienist for our cleaning were new to the office and was clanking our teeth with the metal tools. When they flossed they tore up our gums so bad that we had to gargle with salt water and take medicine for the pain. When I called to speak with the manager Karen she was very rude to me like it was me and my kids fault. She never apologized. She said well I dont know what to tell you we only have 3 hygienist so you two wont be able to be seen together again so it will be harder on you she said. Unreal. I paid for me and my kid to get abused and then no comfort that it wouldnt happen again. Ive been going here my entire life. Im so sad about this level of care. 😞

So recently I just learned that a cell phone can indeed fit down your throat and does break your teeth the wonderful beautiful staff at Jesse Albert got me in very fast to fix my teeth ..to have front teeth broken being a female is absolutely devastating and not at one time did I feel shameful speaking to them and showing them my teeth . It is a very depressing moment when you cant smile at the world or even your children and they gave me more than just my smile back they gave me my confidence my pride and they were all very nice kind gentle dentist that got me in in a very fast timely manner thank you Jesse Albert I appreciate it very much

I called this morning and even though my some wasn’t a patient they were able to squeeze him in and do some x-rays after which the dentist took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and made a call and gave me a referral to another dentist that handles my sons issues. They are very nice and friendly and made sure I was comfortable with their answers and asked if I had any questions. A1 in my book

I called every morning for a walk in and they finally had an opening. The woman were SUPER SWEET and very straightforward. They took care of everything I needed in that one visit. In times like this we need more of them. Thank you Jessie Albert 💖 you all

Dr Mary is the best and so was my hygienist, I think her name was Angela , A truly great experience!

Doctor Mary is AMAZING I got a tooth fixed that was making it impossible to smile comfortably! She not only fixed it but she made the experience awesome! I am actually excited to go back to the dentist! I wish there was a way to contact her manager and let them know that she needs a raise everybody there is amazing!

Dr. Mary is a life saver. I went in for a bad tooth that was causing unbelievable pain. She helped temporarily fix it so I could get through the holidays not in pain. I would recommend to anyone. Everyone there is super nice.

Very friendly staff. The guy got 2 of my teeth out with no problem no pain and barley any pressure. I’ve had a lot of teeth pulled and by far the best experience I’ve had.

My oldest daughter gets her braces off on the 27th and now my middle daughter will be next. Very professional and clean office all around.

Actually a very dangerous place to trust people with your teeth. The workers in there are very uneducated & rude but also totally screwed up and injured my little brothers teeth. As for myself I got my tongue cut which took a week to heal and had my tooth chipped.

I have always had a good experience with the front office and dental staff. They have helped figure out insurance issues, and have been flexible with scheduling. My teeth look amazing and I love the crowns they have put on my teeth. The staff are always patient and understanding, even when I get nervous and make them stop to give me more novocaine or nitrous.I have brought my friend’s son to the orthodontist here and he says they are great! Roxana at the front desk downstairs is very helpful and easy to schedule appointments with. She is a pleasure to work with!!

Theyre pretty amazing and make sure your comfortable the whole time. The atmosphere is amazing and very light hearted making you feel right at home and the music is amazing as well (but that’s just my opinion)

I totally disagree with some of these reviews these people treat you the same way you treat them. Never had an issue at all they are super nice and 110% willing to work with you especially in an emergency situation. Dr.Davis had been there for years and it one of the best dentist I’ve ever and will ever had. Everyone there is very nice and friendly never had a bad experience once in the 20 years I’ve been going here. The assistants are just as nice and friendly as the dentist, gets pretty busy down stairs once in a while but it’s worth the wait once the braces come off. 10/10 would and will continue to keep on recommending them to all of my family and friends.

THEY ARE RUDE! And very undependable the atmosphere is bad the place is very run down and they don’t do there jobs and the workers are very rude here the place is very depressing. I would NEVER recommend it ever. And the wair for an appointment is very long. And they never do there jobs correctly at the front desk.

We had an emergency appointment that we had gotten there early for. We checked to see if we could be seen right away even though we were there half an early. The receptionist, with the stylish purple hair, accommodated for us and got us in within a few minutes. The orthodontist then fixed the problem and we were out the door in 15 minutes. I have two boys that come here. We always get excellent service and the staff is very friendly. I have never had any issues with appointments or getting my boys to see the orthodontist when neded.

Erratic, undependable. If, by some miracle, you call when they feel like answering and you actually get an appointment, you have already done an unusual thing. The last time I went there (and I mean last, not most-recent), they had an assistant pull my tooth, and she almost couldnt do it. It was painful, and shouldnt have been. Pay money and go to a real clinic.

Our family has three children with orthodontics. We have been coming here for years. The staff has been very nice to all of our children and have explained every step of the orthodontics process to me.Since we live almost an hour away, the office has been very accommodating in getting us in first thing in the morning so that I can get back to work and get the kids to school.I highly recommend that you use Jessie Albert. Oh, and they have free WiFi.

I could not disagree more with the low ratings. I have been coming to Jessie Albert for almost 30 years. I drive 45 minutes just to have my dental requirements handled here! Yesterday I showed up a day early, by my own mistake. Result? They still got me in! Then, do to my mistake, were still able to hold my original appointment to have my work done within 24 hours. The doctors are professionals and subject matter experts. The staff is beyind amazing. They coordinate directly with my insurance prior to my arrival since my military affiliation requires this step of a prior authorization, so that I will not be charged. Impeccable customer service with a staff who truly cares about your health and experience.

My braces wire constantly keeps falling out because they dont have the things that go into the front of the braces that stops Tyne wire from popping out. The place is super Ghetto and In wouldnt recommend anyone to waste their time and money here

Awful place. They have kept braces in my mouth for going on 5 years now, claiming it “takes too long to fill my spaces between my teeth” my dentist now says I have nerve damage from the braces and it should not take more than 2 months to close any gaps. They never give any prognosis and have so many new doctors in and out no one knows what is going on. Not to mention the assistants are clueless. If I ask questions they have no idea if I need to wear elastics, when my next visit should be, etc. I have been poked, prodded, stabbed by so many that I have left there in extreme pain and bleeding each time. Some even feel like they are attempting to pull out teeth. Not to mention whenever they say I’m “at the final stages” the hygenist tends to “break a bracket off” or “snap a wire” but somehow find a reason to blame me for the mistake, this has happened 3 times now. awful place with unprofessional people that have no knowledge on their job or any consideration to their patients. Will be getting a second opinion as I’m done with this place.

We currently go to Jessie Albert Dental & Orthodontic Center for our youngests ortho treatment. They also saw my other two boys - so weve been coming here a long time! And for good reason. Dr. Rankie worked wonders on our middle son who had extensive ortho issues and now sports a beautiful set of teeth! The receptionists, Mary Charolette and Roxana are always so nice and try their best to be accommodating and flexible even with a super full schedule. We also see the folks upstairs for dental work and cleanings. Great work as well. Glad to recommend them to others for sure!

Yikes, was referred here and called for information. Receptionist who answered the phone was rude, unhelpful, and spoke to me as if I my call was bothering her. Didnt realize this was a high end celebrity dental clinic? Will definitely not be setting up an appointment for any of my family members.

Worst place ever! Do not bring kids! I went here when. I was little and they ruined my whole dentist experience. I am now still afraid of them, not doing their job right. Took my kids thought it couldve gotten better over the years. Its worst.

Awful place. Receptionists sit around and stare at ringing phones. No wonder I had to leave three messages in a week to get them to call me back. I stood by the window for over 5 minutes while woman was doing something on computer (while phones ringing). Dental Hygienist was nice but poor front desk ruined it. #HireNewPeople

The dentist is nice and seems to be good. The front desk however is garbage. I explained to the woman I had lost insurance for a few months and life had gotten crazy for a while, but I got it back finally and I needed to schedule an appointment and she straight up treated and spoke to me like I was trash. Her tone was disgusting and she was very rude. Some other employees there have the same attuide and being there is uncomfortable for me and so many others I know . Dont waste your time here! Run!

Awful dentist, receptionists are rude, have hung up on me over billing issues I was having. Dentists have no bedside manner, they dont treat you like youre a meaningful customer of theirs. Never going back again. Trashy place with trashy employees.

As I sit here listening to a family of seven allowing their children to run from one end of the room to the other as they stare blankly into their phones, I am reminded as to how some people can just disassociate with their responsibilities as parents. I was happy to see that after 28 minutes of this, what I assume is the mother finally intervened. I was quickly disappointed as the slew of foul language, and degrading comments left her mouth. I was only mementarily granted a waiting room atmosphere for 90 seconds as the behavior resumed itself. Running screaming kids, parents staring into their phones. All the while the window to the receptionist desk wide open, employees simply observing the behavior. Was glad to retrieve my daughter and leave as quickly as possible.

I go regularly and the people are very nice.

I have been calling this place multiple times for over a month now and still havent received a single response or call back. I had a referral faxed there back in the beginning of July and still havent heard anything back. For a place stating theyre accepting new patients, youd expect them to answer the phone.

Very unprofessional, workers gossiping about patients and other co-workers while I’m sitting in the chair waiting to see what what’s was wrong with my tooth. I was very uncomfortable, was NOT a pleasant experience.

I got my braces tightened today, now the left side of my mouth hurts like hell, I got cement too I cant chew properly because the cement blocks me from chewing completely, making it extremely annoying, painful, and horrible to eat, your not getting more than 1 star.
