Very disappointing and frustrating. I had a hearing exam and subsequent hearing aid fittings with Richard. I paid all except $700 after my last fitting, and was given a receipt to verify that except for the 700, I was paid in full. Over a month later, I received a bill for the remaining $700 and for the portion I had already paid. I called and left several messages to speak with someone to straighten this out. Eventually it was straightened out and I paid the remaining $700. Now, 8 months later, I received another bill. This bill claims that this is the remainder I owe them, as my insurance had paid the rest. I called my insurance company who says they never paid anything. Ive left several messages once again for Pine Tree Society Audiology to call me to get this straightened out, and Im still waiting to hear back.
