When we first started with Lincare their service was spot on. But the office is is needing lots and lots of professional customer service training. Called them a week ago to have equipment picked up they promised it would be in a day or two. Called back this week said the order was not entered in their system. Had to get tough with the lady so she understood my frustration. If it’s not picked by by Friday of this week I told the equipment as going to the curb

I get prompt service from the Lincare located in Searcy. All I have to do is call and they are here the same day. When I go on vacation, same thing. They go above and beyond 5 stars for service and knowledge of the products they supply.

These people are always so nice and extremely helpful. I have been using this company for years now and never had any trouble at all.

I signed a form last year stating that I didnt want anymore supplies delivered. I kept receiving them and called them to let them know know that I didnt want any more supplies and returned the supplies back to them. Afterwards I was sent a bill for the supplies that I returned to them. I called them and they said they would fix the problem and clear the charges. I have received more bills from them since threatening to turn me over to a collections agency. I have called them five different times since and have been told every time except for the last that my account would be cleared and closed. This last time they told me that I owed them for the supplies they sent me even though they show where I returned them. I told them to go ahead and turn me into collections and I will sue them for harassment and damages done to my credit score. These people are crooks and willing to harass people and damage their reputation for a measly $16 that they say that I owe for supplies that I dont have (and they have record of the supplies being returned). I wouldnt suggest anyone do business with them especially the elderly if they have this type of business ethics. I cant stand a lier or a theif and this company falls into both of the categories.

Lin are crooks and rude. The employees don’t care about ppls needs. Rude on the phone plus I’ll be on hold for hours. When I do talk to someone they cuss me out and threaten me. DO NOT EMPLOY THIS COMPANY
