My therapist has been great and helps tremendously. The issue Im having is getting my meds. Taking meds for the first time in 17 years. It took almost a month to get a prior authorization form filled out my insurance requested. After contacting my pharmacy several times to see whats going on I decided to contact them myself. They told me the pharmacy never contacted them and after explaining they sent over a request form twice they changed their answer to it was sent to their other folder. When the form was finally filled out they didnt notify my pharmacy the form was done and my prescription expired by the time. My pharmacy sent over a new script request to Genesee mental health and they sent over a higher dosage than before. I did not have a discussion about changing the dosage. Now waiting to see how long it will take them to send over the RIGHT dosage to my pharmacy.

THESE IS A WONDERFUL FACILITY IT HAS SAVED MY LIFE THOSE WHO HAVE WRITTEN NEGITIVE REVIEWS WERE ADMITTED INDIVIDUALS WITH MENTEL HEALTH ISSUES .WE DID NOT GET SICK IN ONE DAY THERE FOR DOES IT NOT MAKE SENCE IT WILL TAKE MORE THAN ONE DAY TO GET WELL !!STAY WITH THEM THEY ARE THE BEST FACILITY INTHE AREA PLEASE BE KIND TO YOURSELF AND STICK WITH IT!!!!!!!!!!

Frist 2 appointments after an intake we are still treatment planning. At my 3rd appointment I needed so start talk theapy. I enede up walking out after 15mins.They question everything. why Im takeing the meds I take. I have been dealing with mental health issues for 10+ years.Im not a child Im a 30yr female.What a joke and waste of time.1.5yr years laterI went to 2 or 3 other places in the meantime went to my appointments as scheduled here and would not let me see a provider for an crisis appointment.I was begging for thier help.If I could give them zero stars I would.

They are an uncareing unreal businness, more like gennesse county mental destory your health. I was depressed and because i self harmed they took away my therpest. Why would you take away a persons therpest in a time of crisis, they should be provide more help not abandoning me tottaly and leaving me with zero supports.

My therapist has helped my mental health greatly and they provide me with very clear treatment plans and goals. Im very happy to have found this resource.
